Introduction:

Hello, I'm 25 years old, and I enjoy writing.

I have an AO3 account now. Just look for my username over there.

In the past, I had a really long-winded explanation on some of my personal views here, but now I don't feel as strongly about most of them as I once did, or maybe I've just changed them a little over the years; either way, it doesn't really matter. I still don't care for trivial details in stories. I just can't seem to find them as important as some people do when it comes to writing fan fiction. If you may think my characters don't hold up to their portrayals in canon, then I suppose you care more about that than I do. That's not my goal: to copy and paste a particular portrayal and make a story out of it. I know that's a bit of a controversial topic on here, but it's not my main focus. I'm not intentionally trying to be different than canon because I'm pretentious or I think I'm superior over that or even that I don't necessarily care; I just want to write how I do. I don't like putting boundaries around myself when I write because then I don't really feel like I'm writing at all; it feels more like pandering. I hope that doesn't upset you when you notice my characters doing something they wouldn't have done in canon, but I'm trying to show something different if I do that. In the end, I have to do what I think is best. If you like what I do, then I'm very glad and I hope you let me know! If not, then you can tell me that, too. Anyways, that's my stance on it.

I'm afraid I won't be taking any requests or writing suggestions for fan fiction. Once I've finished with They Stood, I will be sporadically and intuitively only posting the little one-shots and short stories I tend to impulsively type out. The fan fiction world has become quite tiring for me, so I'll be mainly focusing on my own original content.
