Author has written 3 stories for Mandie series, and Doctor Who.

for anyone who read my Dr. Quinn parody story, I decided to delete it because I received a review on it informing me that script/chat dialogue stories are not allowed anymore (apparently that takes away from the writers who have put a lot of thought and work into their stories... I guess I didn't put enough into mine!); they advised me to rewrite the story so that it was no longer in scripted form, but as that would have defeated the entire point, I figured it would just be better to remove it. If you enjoyed the story and were hoping for more, I have posted it on my wattpad account - - my username is ci_marie and you can find the story under 'My Works'

About me: what I enjoy - reading, writing, drawing & painting, hiking, camping, traveling, singing, bad dancing, baking & cooking, handing with my sisters, sleeping under the stars, long walks far from civilization, being outdoors in general, laughing // any and all animals, my adorable niece, Disney!!, period dramas, fandoms, poetry, quilts, coffee & tea, food, dressing up (as in costumes, not formal wear), puns & dumb jokes, movie marathons, native american history, history in general, the golden age of hollywood, soundtracks, old musicals, campfires, spring/summer/fall/winter, sitting by a stream, someone with a terrific sense of humor, optimism, adventure, courage, and kindness. I am a writer/poet, artist, and adventurer.

Disney's "Pocahontas" is the love of my life. Disney's "Cinderella" might be a close second; I grew up watching the animated version at my grandparents and I'm pretty sure it was the first Disney movie I fell in love with, and the 2015 live-action version has only made me love it EVEN MORE BECAUSE IT IS SO BEAUTIFUL. Other loves of my life include (but are not limited to): Legolas Greenleaf, Mr. Darcy, Mr. Bingley, Mr. Thornton, Peter Pevensie, Luke Skywalker, Sully, Guy of Gisborne (or just Richard Armitage in general...), Gilbert Blythe, Ross Poldark (2015 BBC version. Aidan Turner as Ross = swoooooon), King Xerxes (anyone else like "One Night With The King"? Call me a dweeb, but I totally loved that movie, and I don't care what you say, Xerxes was smokin'!), and Robin Hood (Errol Flynn/Disney/BBC). I'm a Ringer/Tolkienite, Narnia, Potterhead, Austenite, Hoodian...Robinite??... Merry Man???... whatever you call them., Merlinian, Poldark(ian??), Sherlockian, Supernaturalian, Star Wars... person..., Dr. Quinn-ian, Pirate (do POTC fans even have names??), Avenger, Whovian, Redwaller, and a proud member of the Armitage Army. Also, I only ever read/watch the first half of "Little Women" because I cannot handle Jo and Laurie not ending up together. IT'S FULL OF LIES.

If you wanted Dr. Mike to end up with David and not Sully in "Return Engagement" then we can't be friends. Similarly, if you never forgave Guy in BBC "Robin Hood," we still can't be friends (this also applies to Thranduil haters and Thorin haters). If you consider yourself a Disney fan in even the slightest, remotest way, you are hereby ordered to listen to and love Disney's On The Record. Never get into an argument about Disney Princesses with me--I know my princess details. Errol/Olivia is the best screen couple of the Golden Age ever (followed by John/Maureen), and if you try to tell me that they weren't truly in love I will probably burst into tears and start throwing things. Lily James and Richard Madden are my celebrity OTP forever and don't tell me it can't happen because it can and it will and it must.

Favorite books: The Lord Of The Rings (including all the histories, like The Unfinished Tales, The History of Middle Earth, The Lost Tales & etc! Oh, and also the appendixes. Read the appendixes. There's so much there that you're unaware of!), Harry Potter (obsessed. It's quite scary, really), The Chronicles Of Narnia ("Home"), Pride & Prejudice, North & South, Emma, The Poldark Series, Peter Pan (And Wendy!), Anne Of Green Gables, Redwall, Warriors, Septimus Heap, Little House On The Prairie, The Adventures Of Robin Hood And His Merry Men, The Mandie Series, Little Women, The Heart Of India Series (Linda Chaikin [Jace Buckley SWOOOOON]), Egyptian Trilogy (Linda Chaikin), Edenbrooke, Blackmoore, Diamond of the Rockies Series (Kristen Heitzmann), Secrets/Unforgotten/Echoes (Kristen Heitzmann), Courting Morrow Little The Mysterious Benedict Society, The Phantom Of The Opera, A Series Of Unfortunate Events, Peggy's Wish (one of the best children's books EVER), Ella Enchanted, Sabriel, Nancy Drew/Hardy Boys Mysteries, Gone With The Wind, Scarlett, The Gammage Cup, The Goose Girl, Mr. Knightley's Diary, Mr. Darcy's Diary, Beauty, Sherlock Holmes, Three Men In A Boat, Keepers Of The Faith, The Giant Treasury of Brer Rabbit, Wives And Daughters, My Side Of The Mountain... and it pretty much just goes on and on from there

Favorite authors: J.R.R Tolkien, J.K Rowling, Jane Austen, C.S Lewis, Charles Dickens, Elizabeth Gaskell, Winston Graham, Julianne Donaldson, Kristen Heitzmann, Angie Sage, L.M Montgomery, Linda Chaikin, Brian Jacques, Erin Hunter, Gail Carson Levine, Lois Gladys Leppard, Trenton Lee Stewart, Anthony Trollope...

My Favorite Pairings:

Harry Potter: HarryXHermione, HermioneXVictor, LunaXDean (love it), PercyXPenelope (hahaha I don't even know why but I think they're perfect for each other), FredXAngelina (but I guess I'm okay with GeorgeXAngelina after Fred dies), LilyXJames (sorry Snape, love ya, but they belong together!), LupinXTonks

Narnia: SusanXCaspian (I know, I know--"not in the book!--ahhhhhhhh!" No one knows that better than me and no one is a more loyal Narnia fan then me--but I loved those two to death and no one will take them away from me!)

Star Wars: you guys JynXCassian KILLED ME. And then that perfection that is Finn and Rey OMG *dies from adorable overload*

Little Women: JoXLaurie. I will never get over this. I will always, always, always believe in Her Dear Boy and His Dear Fellow. I'm serious, guys. This is an actual struggle for me. Like, a constant reminder that not all is right with the world.

Warriors: BrambleXSquirrel o FOREVER, FireXSand, GrayXSilver (go away Millie), CloudXBright, CrowXFeather, BlueXOak (even though I thought Thrustpelt was adorable), DustXFern, LionXHeather (Cinderheart is obnoxious)

Redwall: MartinXRose (the tears shed over this...), MarielXDandin (can't decide if I like them together together or just as best friends or both!), BanyaXLeatho, DannflorXSong, FelldohXCelandine

Mandie: MandieXJoe

Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman: MikeXSully(!!!!!!!!)(and yes, Mike is a girl; it's short for Michaela), HoraceXMyra (too perfect), MatthewXIngrid (*cries*), Robert.EXGrace, Cloud DancingXSnowbird (DIE DOROTHY!), JakeXHIS OBNOXIOUS FACE, DavidX NOBODY. EVER. (hahahahaha!)

Merlin: ArthurXGwen ... I mean, I did really love LancelotXGwen and even GwaineXGwen was freakin adorable (even though it never actually happened), but I have to stick with Arthur because I mean he's Arthur and I would never hurt him

Poldark: RossXDemelza. Always. Forever. Only Ross and Demelza. ONLY THEM. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL. gtfo my life Elizabeth. VerityXBlamey

Septimus Heap: MarciaXMilo, NickoXSnorri, JennaXBeetle, SimonXLucy

Doctor Who: DoctorXRose forever and ever and ever and excuse me while I go weep, MarthaXJack

I would have punched John when he accused you of betraying them!)

Favorite Bromances/Best Friends:

Lord Of The Rings/The Hobbit: Aragorn & Legolas, Legolas & Gimli, The Three Hunters (there will be a day when someone tries to create characters that are more epic than these three. But it is not this day. It will never be a day. That day is folly), Merry & Pippin, Frodo & Sam, Fili & Kili (nooooooo why did you have to dieeeeee can't I just have one good thiiiiiiinnngggg. When they first announced the Hobbit movies [all those years ago now] I was like: okay. I need to mentally prepare myself for their deaths starting NOW and then the movies just had to go and make them even more freakin adorable and wonderful than they are in the books and it was just so unfair)

Harry Potter: James & Sirius, The Marauders, Fred & George (*heartbroken* *dies* *will never forget them*), Harry/Ron/Hermione, Dean & Seamus (oh yes!), Fred/George/Lee, Oliver Wood & The Quidditch Team, Harry & Sirius (seriously though, I love them. Just thinking about it makes me cry)

Narnia: The Pevensies, Susan/Peter, Edmund/Peter, Peter/Caspian(and sometimes Edmund!), Lucy/Mr. Tumnus, Peter/Orius (basically just adore how Peter always gets chummy with the epic warriors whereas Edmund talks to like... badgers and fat bears and dwarves...), Lucy/Trumpkin

BBC Robin Hood: Robin & Much, The Original Gang (Robin/Much/Allan/Will/John/Djaq), Guy & Allan (best duo EVER), Robin & Allan, Allan & Will, Sheriff & Guy (not exactly "bros" but their I-really-hate-you-but-you're-kind-of-funny-so-I-tolerate-you relationship was the best)

MerlinMerlin & Arthur OF COURSE because I LOVE THEM SO MUCH AND I ALWAYS WILL, Gwaine & Merlin (Gwerlin 4 life. Loved them to freaking death), Merlin/Arthur/Gwaine AKA Magic/Courage/Strength, Lancelot & Merlin, Gwen & Morgana (before she was insanely evil, of course), Merlin & Kilgharra

Sherlock: Sherlock & John of course!

Supernatural: Sam & Dean, Sam/Dean/Cas, Sam/Dean/Bobby

Warriors: Firestar & Graystripe, Brambleclaw/Squirrelflight/Crowfeather/Feathertail/Stormfur/Tawnypelt (aka The Six), Firestar & Onewhisker, Cloudtail & Ashfur, Dustpelt & Sandstorm, Firestar/Graystripe/Dustpelt/Sandstorm (aka the Seniors), Longtail & Mousefur!!

Anne Of Green Gables: Anne & Diana

The Mysterious Benedict Society: Reynie/Kate/Sticky/Contance

Pride & Prejudice: Darcy & Bingley, Jane & Lizzy

Redwall: Martin & Gonff, Mariel & Dandin, Dandin & Saxtus, Colonel Clary/Hon Rosie/Brig Thyme, Rufe & Durry, Dannflor/Song/Dippler/Burble, Scarum/Kroova/Sagax, Craklyn & Piknim, Horty/Fenna/Springald, Bragoon & Sarabando, Mad Maudie & Rangval, Clecky & Gerul, Martin/Rose/Grumm/Pallum, Bagg/Runn/Grubb

Pirates Of The Caribbean: Jack & Will, Jack & Barbossa, Jack & Gibbs, Pintel & Ragetti

Star Wars: Luke & Han, Han & Chewie, The Rebel Alliance Dream Team (Luke, Han, Leia), ROGUE FREAKIN ONE (Jyn, Cassian, Bodhi, K-2SO, Chirrut & Baze. Rest in peace, my beloveds), Finn & Poe

Random Secondary Characters That I Completely Love: Mogget the Cat (Sabriel... I guess he's actually kind of a main character... oh well.), Seamus Finnigan (Harry Potter), Cloudtail (Warriors), Blackstar (Warriors), Uncle John (Mandie), Skipper of Otters (Redwall... every single one!), Olive Bray (Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. In your face, Dorothy.), Allan A Dale (my love for you cannot be described. I kept a silent vigil after your heartbreaking death, in memory of the one member of the gang who was always totally awesome no matter what he did, and also looked smokin' hot in leather)

Characters That Have Earned A Special Place In My Slightly-Crammed-Full Heart Over The Years:

1. Cloudtail (Warriors): first all time favorite character from "Warriors" (when it first came out)... (well... maybe second after Sandstorm...) and continued throughout the span of the whole series as a number one favorite. He provided the best comic relief genius and was so adorable with Brightheart!

2. Blackstar (Warriors): one of the few villains from "Warriors" that earned my complete adoration through his I-don't-care-who-you-are-but-if-you-disrespect-me-or-my-bros-I'mma-take-you-to-town, and even more so through his eventual transition to one of the "good guys"--or more appropriately, one of the (few) "I-don't-really-like-the-good-guy-very-much-'cause-he's-a-bit-of-a-pansy-compared-to-me-but-we-respect-one-another-and-I-got-his-back-'cause-I'm-awesome" good guys. He was one of the best leaders in my opinion, because he was tough, no nonsense, and completely loyal to his Clan.

3. Squirrelflight (Warriors): when the second series first came out, I immediately took a shine to Squirrelflight (probably, since being Sandstorm's daughter, she reminded me a lot of her), and by the next few books, I was completely won over. She took the top of my all-time favorites, and has remained there, even after the series ended. She was tough, sarcastic, and funny, but she was loyal and determined, and probably the strongest female character from the book. Love that gal :)

4. Mariel (Redwall): probably my favorite heroine throughout the entire series (even though it's really hard to choose because I have so many!). Nothing beats the adventures Mariel and Dandin had together!

5. Fred & George (Harry Potter): from the very beginning, until the very end, Fred and George have been personal, special favorites of mine--and when pressed to pick a favorite character from the series (it's so hard!!), I always lean towards saying them, because they have never once let me down, and they have had all of my love right from the beginning. Fred and George are seriously two of the best fictional characters ever invented, and I will love them forever. I always feel like they would have been best friends with Sirius (another all time favorite!) if they had known him when he was younger--brilliant Hogwarts pranksters, just a generation apart.

6. Susan Pevensie (TCON): Don't you ever, ever tell me that Susan can't make in back to Narnia. (No, seriously, don't--I wrote a 16 page research paper defending her). I really, truly love that logical, stubborn, sometimes bratty, loyal, emotional, realistic girl.

7. Diana (Anne Of Green Gables): though Anne and Gilbert are my favorite characters, of course, Diana has always held a special place in my affections because of her loyalty to Anne--Diana is one of the best friends I've ever seen, and sometimes, even with all of her dramatic speeches and declarations, I feel like Anne isn't always appreciative of that. Diana is the truest example of a bosum friend that anyone could ever find.

8. Allan A Dale (BBC Robin Hood): Allan, my darling Allan, I love you. You are hilarious, you are adorable, you are skilled, you are quick on your feet, you are fast-thinking, you are competent in any situation, you are secretly a teddy bear, you are loyal (shut up, Robin. And John. And everyone else), and you look so freaking fabulous in leather (thank you, Guy!). I laughed at all your jokes, I felt for you when Djaq chose Will (c'mon man, they belong together), I defended you when you joined Guy (mostly because you guys made an awesome team!), I sided with you when Robin and the rest of the gang turned against you, I was so proud when you continued to protect them from the Sheriff, I was even more proud all of the times you saved Marian, I cheered when you finally stood up for yourself and rescued the gang single-handedly, I loved you even more when you threw your heart and soul back into being a member of the gang, I believed in you when they didn't, I cried when they turned their backs on you, I cried when they left you behind, I cried when you couldn't believe they didn't trust you, I cried when you decided to risk your life for them anyway, and I cried when you died all alone, trying to protect the friends who no longed believed in you. Thanks for being the best. You Are Robin Hood!

A Continuing List of Favorite Characters That Inevitably Died and Whose Deaths I Will Never Get Over (because this is my lot in life)

As stated, they must be deaths not just of characters that I liked, but deaths that affected me so much that I still struggle when I re-read/watch the book/show/movie. You know, when a character is killed off and you're just like ARE YOU SERIOUS WHY THEM. THERE ARE 5738342 OTHER CHARACTERS YOU COULD HAVE CHOSEN. THIS DEATH WILL HANG OVER THIS STORY FOR ME LIKE A DEPRESSING CLOUD OF GRIEF FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

Harry Potter: FRED FREAKING WEASLEY. SIRIUS FREAKING BLACK. HEDWIG FREAKING THE OWL. J.K ROWLING I HATE YOU.

The Lord of the Rings/the Hobbit: Thorin; Fili and Kili. Why. Just why. Why was this necessary. Why was this okay. Why did this crime go unpunished.

Star Wars: Han (WHY DIDN'T YOU SHOOT FIRST?! YOU SHOULD HAVE SHOT FIRST!!), Rogue One and that is all I'm saying because if I get started on that MASSACRE OF ALL THAT IS BEAUTIFUL AND SACRED I will never stop cuz y'all DID NOT DESERVE THAT *cries forever over Jyn and Cassian*

Warriors: where do I even begin. It's like, every time my favorite character was killed off, I would compose myself and select a new one. Then BAM they're dead in the next book. Haha. HAHAHAHAHA. Hhaha. Hah. Lionheart, Silverstream, Bluestar, Whitestorm, Feathertail (never speak of this to me), Ashfur ?!?!!?!, Longtail ?!!???, FIRESTAR ?!?!?!?!?!?!, SANDSTORM WHO WAS MY FIRST EVER FAVORITE CHARACTER WTH, Ravenpaw (honestly I was hoping he would just live forever), Blackstar, Tallstar, Leopardstar, Rainfur, Rippletail... like I can't even continue this list because it's never ending the pain is still there and they just keep writing new books and keep killing off the old characters WHEN WILL THE CARNAGE END

Redwall: (this was an especially difficult series for me during my childhood because Brian Jacques, whom I love and still miss, somehow felt the need to kill off at least ONE major character every. single. book. And typically, my favorites) Laterose (I mean, I get why it happened. Nothing else could have affected Martin so terribly to make him into the warrior of legend... BUT STILL. HE LOVED HER SO MUCH AND I CRIED SO MUCH.), Felldoh (HE WAS SO YOUNG AND FULL OF LIFE), Piknim (I still cry. Every stupid time, when Craklyn sings that song during her burial), Finnbarr, COL. CLARY AND BRIG THYME WHHYYY, Bragoon and Sarabando (and don't even get me started on the way the die HOLDING HANDS), Warbeak (RIP wormspeech), Romsca, Fleetscut and Jukka, Cuthbert Blanedale Frunk...

Dr. Quinn: Olive (mostly because her replacement was Dorothy blech), Snowbird (mostly because her replacement was again Dorothy BLECH), Ingrid (UNNECESSARY)

BBC Robin HoodMarian ???!!!!? because yeah they killed off MAID MARIAN ?!?! like WHO DOES THAT?!?!! Sorry this is a very touchy/bitter subject for me, ALLAN A DALE AND I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THEM FOR THIS, Guy. Why Guy. Why Guy die. Why Guy die I cry. A lot., and oh yeah did I mention that ROBIN HOOD DIES. BECAUSE HE DOES. AND IT IS TERRIBLE.

Merlin: hmm let's see I don't know maybe eVERYONE THAT I LOVED. Lancelot (diajfdlhfal??), Gwaine (afjdlakhfadjhfaldh!!!), ARTHUR (AIHDFWOHFASIDHNVAHIFJASLAJF!!!!!)

Poldark: Francis no why

The Last of the Mohicans: NO!!! UNCAS!!!! WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE YOU?!?!
