Hawkeye tries to come to terms with what Loki made him do and find his balance again as an agent of SHIELD and a member of the Avengers. Picks up near the end of the movie and continues to new adventures.

Clint hasn't been the same since everyone went their separate ways after the battle in New York. He keeps telling everyone he's fine, but Natasha doesn't believe her partner for one second. Turns out Fury is just as concerned and decides to send his two master assassins on what should be a simple assignment, but when has anything ever been simple?

"One word, Nat. That's all it'll take."

"Do you know what its like to be unmade?" "You know that I do." Natasha knows more than most what its like to know exactly who you are only to have it yanked away. Clint made a different call on his mission to kill her, and now she has been unmade. But he hasn't left her to drown. He will help remake her even if she doesn't make it easy on him. One-shot.

If they could have more missions like this one, they might start to feel like normal people for a change.
