My name is Marissa. I'm 21 and I'm a young writer from Michigan. My journey on Fanfiction started in 2013 when I decided to start writing for the CSI Miami fandom. I am a huge fan of the show and with encouragement from some very good friends of mine within the fandom, I first uploaded in May of that same year. I have been writing since I was seven and putting my own spin on my favorite show and its characters has by far been the most fun I have ever had as a writer and through my work on here, I have come to know so many great friends from the fandom. In my time on here, I have developed my skills more than I ever thought I could and learned so much in the last seven years. Wow - That's crazy to think about. Seven years! It has been a total of four since I last published and completed two stories from two of my ongoing series. Life true to form got in the way, but as of 2020, I intend to get back to it and begin two new stories - One for my Ducaine series, and one for my Savior series with Melissa and Horatio. Please be patient as I continue to put new ideas together and pen new stories while juggling that with a very busy life. If anyone is still reading, I'd like to say thank you and enjoy. To those who pushed me so many years ago to publish despite it be something as simple as Fanfic - Thank you. You changed my life as a writer and person more than you'll ever know.
