My name is LavanderGazelle, but you can call me Gaz.

I'm 18 years old, an aspiring author from the UK.

Music tastes: aren't restricted to simple rock or pop because I enjoy little bits of everything; jazz, rap, metal, etc.

Book tastes: I enjoy Warrior Cats (the first series and the stand-alone books, anyway. I dislike the rest of it.), Eragon, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings

Anime and Manga; I often draw things in that style, although I still have a long way to go before I can be considered a professional artist. It's more of a hobby. In this I enjoy the Avatar comics and episodes, Bleach, Inu Yasha, Black Butler, etc.

I like writing to the point where I do some every day for hours on end, rotating on things that I feel like writing more on and experimenting with different genres. While currently the top two of my stories (Always & Forever and The Forge of Allegiance) are both Adventure/Romance, that doesn't mean that's all I'm going to be writing. I depend on feedback and suggestions from my readers to boost my motivation and interest in my stories, and unlike some other authors who may be too busy to look over all responses, I read over everything you write.

In fact, if you're interested in one of the stories I'm writing and you like it enough to stay with it, I'll include one of your OC characters as a guest star who may just have the chance to become a regular. Just give me the appearance, personality and a little bit of a good-bad allegiance and you can be sure I'll include them somewhere. Don't be upset if xe doesn't come out the way you expected, instead sent me a message and I'll do my best to improve.

It's important to note that one of the major themes of my stories is the influence of power. It may seem like some of the characters are overpowered but that's actually done on purpose because I want to show how having too much of one thing can have terrible, often unforseen consequences. Just because you have the ability to help someone doesn't mean you'll be able to, and you might just end up hurting someone else in the process. Power in my eyes can be a very negative thing because with it comes great responsibility, which is also another theme to my stories.

In fanfiction stories I also enjoy making one of the main characters darker in nature and perhaps even evil to illustrate how having fame, power or responsibility can twist and stretch even the most noble of people.
