I owe this series and Hidekaz Himaruya so much. I had been on a five-year writer's block and this broke it for me. Now I have too many ideas and characters in my head, jostling for space and demanding my attention. By the way, I am on deviantArt under the name enlightenmentgirl. I plan to start posting Maiden and Unicorn over there, as well as The Pet. I'm also going to get back to drawing and posting illustrations to the story. Come by and say hi! Finally got on tumbler. I'm there under enlightenmentgirl. Don't have anything cool yet, though. January 1 2014: Sorry I haven't posted anything in the past two months. School just got too busy, and then I spent the first part of Christmas break getting ready for the holidays and catching up on sleep. But I did post a new chapter of "The Pet" yesterday and I plan to resume my weekly posting schedule. And I will return to the "Cuckoo Bird"; don't want that to die! 2013 was a good year but an expensive one. I went to Belgium, got a new dog, am now in a relationship, and attended more cons and panels. But my main goal this year is to get out of debt and be more careful with my money. On the cosplay front, I plan to start sewing again and making my cosplays: I am starting on a coat for Fem!Germany (Yay, I get to be my Monika!) and an ambitious Napoleonic-era "Death's Head" Hussar cosplay for Prussia for the spring. I am very excited (okay, really nervous) about the what the New Year will bring! |
