Resurrected once more...this is StoryBookGhoolies.

The past two years have been pretty stressful for me. I've completed sixth form and am currently preparing for university during a gap year. Over the past two years I've suffered tonnes of writer's block, as well as some personal issues let's just say aren't the best to flag up, simply due to personal privacy (on the internet near impossible, I know but I live in hope ;)).

Despite it's popularity, my main Demonata story will be undergoing an intensive rewrite I've come to decide. I won't promise anything - as I'm currently co-writing a Harry Potter fanfic: /s/12686153/1/Diana-Granger-and-the-Warm-Lizards - and that's taking up a lot of my time but Esther will be returned to.

Looking back, my story had very little focus and direction. I didn't plan it out well and in general I just had the story meander wherever I felt like I wanted it to go - something that was undeniably fun, but made for a ride that became a bit of a mess in terms of where the story was progressing. I did have an ending planned out (that is going to remain intact!) but the pathway to it wasn't something I cleared, and debris of random ideas I thought would work for a better plot unfortunately made things more complicated.

I've also been working a lot more on my comic book based works and have an AO3 account now too where I post some of those and have a series of oneshots ongoing with another close friend of mine! https:///users/psychedelicbubblegum/works - in short I've refined my writing...I hope!

Thanks so much to everyone who's supported me over the years in my writing - you're all complete darlings and I can't thank you enough. I've realised my anxiety has lead to a lack of confidence and the reason I stopped posting is because I became consumed by a fear my writing just isn't good enough. I still struggle with this, but it's gotten better and now I'll hopefully be writing and posting more! As of now though, oneshots are going to be more of a regular thing. A long chaptered saga, alongside Diana Granger my current co-written series, would put a lot of stress on me, and that always seems to end with writers block.
