Ideophobia / noun / ideo.pho.bia / \ -ˈfō-bē-ə \: the morbid fear/distrust of ideas, especially new ideas. In the case of my pen name, it's an example of my weird (poor) sense of humour.

Hello and Bonjour, I'm MissIdeophobia, but I usually shorten to MI. I'm a FanFiction.net veteran - I've been part of this site for the better part of fifteen years. I was drawn here by fandoms like Yu Yu Hakusho and Inuyasha.

I'm a Canadian woman in my mid-twenties. I have two cats that are my babies. One of them is caterwauling as I write this.

I used to be a pretty active writer on this site, with another account. I left that account behind after my relationship to the fandom became difficult to reconcile with my real-world obligations. I started afresh a few years later, but I've only written a few small pieces so far. I primarily have kept this account for reviewing. I can't say if/when this will change.
