![]() Author has written 17 stories for Yu-Gi-Oh, Rurouni Kenshin, Fullmetal Alchemist, Naruto, and Bible. Goodness, I've certainly been sitting around doing nothing for a while now, haven't I? Let me see...how is everybody doing bios these days...? About Me: User Name: Hikari Hrair-rah Regular Name: If I told you, you wouldn't believe it. Trust me on this. Gender: Female Age: 22, last I checked Likes: Anime, Manga, video games, and jerky Dislikes: Tomatoes and lima beans...oh, and boredom. That always sucks. Profile: Doing this inside the bio seems just a tad redundant, but...I'm in university, my major is microbiology (I discovered that anthropology wasn't hard enough of a science for my liking, who knew?), and I'm between jobs. (And now for the fiction list) Current Fics: The Luna Trilogy: 'Lux Luna Natura', 'Pax Mitsuraga', 'Ceifero o Liberdade' Set in: Rurouni Kenshin, anime universe Premise: Kenshin is almost killed by a mysterious attacker and is left almost blind. Behold his misadventures via my cruddy early writing skills. Status: All three fics are complete. One-Shots: 'Tears of the Silent Dragon', 'Bloody Little Butterfly' Set in: Rurouni Kenshin, anime universe Premise: Angst. Angst angst angst. And then some more angst after that. Status: Both fics are complete Yugioh Crossovers: 'The Queen had a huntbird, the Queen had a lark', 'The Queen had a songbird that sang in the dark' Set in: Crossover with Black&White, done in a very liberal interpretation of the Black&White universe. From the first game, not the second. Premise: In 'The Queen had a huntbird, the Queen had a lark', Yami is sent to the Black&White universe, loses his memory, and must live life as one of the gods of Eden until he reclaims it...but the gods and goddesses of Eden are at war. ...'The Queen had a songbird that sang in the dark' is the sequel, wherein Yugi, Joey, and Malik travel to the Black&White universe to bring Yami home, little knowing of the new conflict already brewing in the wake of the last Great War... Status: 'The Queen had a huntbird, the Queen had a lark' is complete, but 'The Queen had a huntbird that sang in the dark' has stalled. I don't even know if I'll ever finish this, but I'm willing to take a stab at it. Yugioh standalone: Wouldn't it be Nice? Set in: Yugioh, semi-anime, semi manga Premise: Pegasus, having just lost the Millennium Eye, gets a boot out of his ensuing depression when a mysterious figure appears, claiming he is vital in stopping a plot to overwhelm the entire world. But while that is true, Pegasus has more than enough trouble dealing with his strange new guardian. Status: Dead in the water. Very, VERY dead in the water. Owner's Guide and Maintenance Manuals: Kenshin, Hiko, Sanosuke, Misao, Kaoru (Rurouni Kenshin), Edward, Alphonse (Full Metal Alchemist) Set in: Both Rurouni Kenshin and Full Metal Alchemist with anime and manga elements mixed Premise: Idea by Theresa Green, being used with her permission. A technical guide to the care and keeping of one's favorite unit of the Rurouni Kenshin/Full Metal Alchemist series. Status: All seven fics are complete. Naruto standalone: And a little fish named Bo Set in: Naruto, semi-anime, semi-manga Premise: Instead of thinking he contains the actual Kyuubi, the Village Hidden in the Leaves believes Naruto is only a repository for its chakra. With no demonic intelligence to worry about, how will this change Naruto's path in life? I'll give you a hint...its not much good. Status: Sorry, guys, but I'm losing inspiration for this story. I'm not as much into Naruto as I used to be. Pending Fics: Owner's Guides: Maybe some for other genres. Between myself and the other wonderful writers who have done this idea (with Theresa Green's Permission!), most of the good Rurouni Kenshin characters have been done. I have finished the ALPHONSE and am eyeing the rest of the FMA cast... Others: Still not sure. Aside from the one big one, I have found minimal interest in writing more Naruto fiction for the time being. Quote of the Moment: "Persons attempting to find a motive in this narrative will be prosecuted; Persons attempting to find a moral in it will be banished; Persons attempting to find a plot in it will be shot. BY ORDER OF THE AUTHOR." ~Mark Twain |
