When the farm falls, Andrea saves Carol from certain death and together they run...run from the only comfort and family they've known since the outbreak to run into a future neither of them could expect. The only certainty they have is that they have each other and that the world around them is terrifying and yet, strangely the same. Can Merle and Woodbury make a difference?

Carol gets hit on by 6 people. (Carol/Tyreese, Carol/Tara, Carol/Merle, Carol/Eugene, Carol/Rick, Carol/Daryl).

"One day, sweet cheeks," he paused at the door, finger pressed into the doorknob, "You're gonna do something selfish. And you know what? You're gonna damn well like it." Follows the events of 4x10 and 4x14 with Merle mixed in.

S3 AU: Daryl didn't know how long ago it was-he only counted time in seasons, nowadays. But it was a long time ago. The people he was with found a prison. He thought he'd make it a home. But it didn't work out. He left when he found Merle-and he didn't come back. They went out into the woods, alone. They stayed there some twenty years, before Daryl found a reason to leave, again.

Takes place immediately after 4x04. Merle is still alive and gets banished along with Carol after killing a Woodbury citizen. When Daryl doesn't come looking for them, the pair gets concerned.

The progression of Daryl and Carol's relationship through the seasons through their various "first" times.

No one is quite sure how much time has passed since the fall of the prison. All they know is the reality of always moving on, always surviving, whatever cost it might bring. At least they mostly found each other, but for those they've lost along the way, there is a chasm that can barely be filled. Caryl story.

An AU from the beginning of "Inmates" featuring Daryl and Beth as they search for their family. Implied and eventual Caryl, absolutely no romance between Beth and Daryl. Complete. T for language and violence.
