My fanfiction.net profile here is an interesting little nugget of my life--I started this fanfiction deal when I was 13, I'm 23 now. And I'm still going. I don't have the time to do this as much as I like, and I also have debates with myself about the validity of fanfiction as an artform, but then I just say screw it and write anyway.

I find shows for/about teenagers the ripest breeding ground for fanfiction because I'm always finding things within them that leave me dissatisfied. I like plenty of other shows, but I adopt a kind of a "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" philosophy on those.

Fair warning that I think everything I wrote before 2004 and all of my multi-chaptered fics are god-awful and I'm only leaving them up here for posterity, 'cause otherwise I'd delete them all and pretend they never happened. This is of course not to say that anything in 2004 or beyond is amazing, but I can at least re-read them without cringing every two seconds.

My main fandom is Degrassi and it's where I feel most comfortable, but I'm hoping to expand my horizons and see if anyone's interested.

I thrive on reviews. I only really write one-shots, so, yeah, you might think it doesn't really matter if you review, but I like encouragement, and encouragement for one one-shot makes me want to write another. Positive reinforcement, man.
