![]() Author has written 10 stories for Harry Potter. Hello everyone! After a long hiatus from fanfiction, I have returned! I just recently graduated from college and am now getting back into writing fanfiction. Right now, I am currently revising Chapters 1 - 23 of A Death Eater's Regrets and after I have finished revising them, I will update 2-3 revised chapters per day while I work on new chapters. I now have a goal of completing A Death Eater's Regrets before the end of this year. Keep an eye out for the new revised chapters which may be posted online by mid-October, depending on when I do get all 23 finished. A Death Eater's Regrets will be my primary focus for now and I may return to working on Changing the Past. I will only write Ron/Hermione stories. The thought of Ron pairing with someone else (not slash) is okay sometimes. But pairing Hermione with anyone else makes me feel nauseous. It's just sick to have Hermione/Harry pairings because they're pratically siblings! It's like Ron/Ginny! Hermione/Draco is just very unnatural and would never happen. She isn't stupid or a slag to be paired with any professors as well (Hermione/Snape). Same goes with Ron's other brothers except Ginny. I hate stories that involve The Golden Trio threesome. I hate being tricked into reading one, like one of my friends tricked me into reading One Big Weasley Family on Quidditch Pitch and I absolutely hated it. No amount of money will get me to read anything that involves Hermione with someone else. Yes, I am being a little extreme, but I hate it when people think Ron isn't good with Hermione. It must always be Hermione and Ron, no matter what. That is how J.K. Rowling wrote them. I avoid those stories like it's fire. I don't want to touch it. Ron and Hermione only all the way! This my third time changing the top 5 because I felt it was wrong. Now, this is the last time I change it. This is the official top 5 favorite characters of all time. 1. Severus Snape 2. Ron Weasley 3. Hermione Granger 4. Neville Longbottom 5. Draco Malfoy My bottom 5 least favorite characters in Harry Potter are: 5. Lucius Malfoy 4. Dolores Umbridge 3. Ginny Weasley (This is just a personal opinion. I find her annoying and so like Lavender except more strong-willed. She is not right for Harry. I mean, maybe she would be right for Harry if J.K. Rowling had wrote more development between the two of them like she did for Ron and Hermione, I wouldn't mind the Harry and Ginny relationship, but the thing is, it came out of nowhere in the Half-Blood Prince book. People like that ship because it was unexpected or because Harry's mom was a red head too, but I prefer ships that have development in the books. It was obvious that J.K. Rowling's main focus of relationships were focused on Ron and Hermione and for that I thank J.K. Just my opinion is all. If I am faithful to my characters, I will have to pair her with Harry, but I won't write a single line of fluff or romance between the two. I'll just say that they are together and move on. In fact, I avoid reading Harry/Ginny stories, so I try to look for Ron/Hermione stories without HG romance in them. Hard, I know.) 2. Viktor Krum 1. Peter Pettigrew (I hate him, even though I do enjoy the background story of him, just betrayal makes him the worst person) Update: Ron Weasley the Slytherin is completed. Update : A Death Eater's Regrets will have another chapter coming out soon. HEY, THIS IS A BANNER FOR MY STORY, "A DEATH EATER'S REGRETS": http:///albums/dd508/RynoOfKnoxVegas/ Below lists Reasons Why Hermione would never be with anyone but Ron: Draco: He's a coward. That's the way J.K. Rowling wrote him. Hermione needs someone strong and that is most definitely not Draco at all. There's nothing forbidden here at all because Draco is just a f*cking p*ssy. Harry: Only two words will tell why they cannot be together: Non-related Incest! Hermione has always been there for Harry, but that's because even though Hermione is the sister Harry never had, she acts more like a older sister or a mother to Harry. She's always mothering Harry. So, it's a terrible ship as well. Snape: Did any of you Snape and Hermione shippers read the f*cking books?! If you pay attention, it's most likely Snape is still a virgin and it's all because he doesn't want anyone but LILY POTTER!!! He has always been and still is in love with Lily Potter. God, read the freaking books. Krum: Viktor Krum is a ladies' man. You can tell by the way he was like in Book 7 at the Wedding! It's most likely he will always cheat on Hermione if they were ever together. Krum isn't that smart, he's just your another everyday average dumb celebrity. Also, a lot of people believe Hermione had kissed Viktor in the 4th book. I believe she never kissed him. Yes, I know she is like every other normal red-blooded teenager, but J.K. Rowling never wrote anything about that. She also never wrote them that Harry has never seen them in a couple way or never seen them kiss. If they truly were a couple after the Yule Ball, then J.K. Rowling would've wrote them as a couple. So, Ron got his first kiss from Lavender, Harry got his first kiss from Cho, and Hermione got her first kiss from Ron. I've seen people ship Hermione with other people that is obviously stupid. Remus and Sirius are all too old for Hermione and Hermione isn't one of those people that needs a father figure, so bad ships. Albus Dumbledore is gay, that's another stupid ship. I really hope that after everyone sees Part 2 of Deathly Hallows, they will start writing more Ron and Hermione ships instead of anything else. I believe half of those Draco or any other character shippers never read the books. I decided to list a few of my peeves of Harry Potter fanfiction: 1: The Heights of different characters. I see many stories listing Hermione Granger as tall as Harry Potter. If you really read the books, Hermione Granger is definitely a little shorter than the average height for females. So, she should be between 5'1 to 5'3 feet. As for Harry Potter, I am not going by the actor, but by the way the characters are in the book. Harry Potter is about 5'8 in the books and he is listed as scrawny. Ron Weasley is a big difference from the books and the actor. According to the book, Ron Weasley should be about 6'4 or at least in that area. I don't know if he's the tallest male in the Weasley family because we don't get much information about Charlie Weasley. As for the other characters, Ginny Weasley is between 5'4-5'8 feet. George and Fred Weasley is average male height, 5'10. 2: My second peeve is stories that never gets completed. I really, really hate that. If I'm reading a really long story and I'm really into it and I come to the last chapter of the story and it seems that it has not been updated in a while. I really hate that. If they are not going to complete it, at least offer someone else to complete it for them or take it off Fanfiction. I want to read completed stories only. Like, for instance, one of my favorites is Mirror, Mirror by BlackHawk and it seems that the author has given up on the story. He hasn't returned to Fanfiction since then. That's my second peeve of Fanfiction. I have other peeves, but I'll list them later. FUTURE STORY Now, I know I have talked about writing another story called The Seventh Son which is explained in the paragraph below, but I am unsure I will be able to write that story. I have talked to two different Betas for this story and while the idea is really good, it is actually pretty difficult to write. The way I want to write it is so difficult that it does not make sense a lot and is all over the place. I really want to write it, but I'll need to come up with some inspiration on how to write this in the right way. I think it is my idea of including many POVs that is ruining the chance of me ever posting The Seventh Son. So, my new 2nd story is called The Seventh Son. It does sound exactly what it is. It will be a play on the myth of the 7th child (son or daughter) of family. The myth only works if it is 7 straight sons or 7 straight daughters. So, Ron Weasley will be the 7th son. You will find out how and why when the story comes out. My problem with the story is that if I was to do updates nonstop, it would take around a month or so for a new update. It is a bit of a complicated story because I have a lot of POVs. This story is another what if story as well and will begin during the summer before Ron's first year at Hogwarts. The what if part is what if there was a 2nd prophecy and what if Voldemort returned much earlier than the books? What if Voldemort returned during the summer of this first chapter? One other reason why it will be a bit complicated is because this is a long, damn epic adventure/romance story. Starting from Ron's first year and ending around 8 years after he graduates from Hogwarts. I feel that this story will be my masterpiece and I sure as hell hope so. Well, that is all I have to say. Thanks for taking your time to read through all the stuff I had to say. |
