I'm an NYU film & TV grad who works in publishing. Interests include time travel, costumed vigilantes, private detectives, secret agents, and Middle-earth.

My first story happens to be both my first solo story (I usually write with friends) and my first Doctor Who story. It's an Eleven/Amy adventure in New York city inspired by the Q&A I went to at the Apple store in Soho with Matt Smith, Karen Gillan, and Steven Moffat. They talked about how much they loved the city, how impressed Karen was by Times Square and the tall buildings, and how much they loved the idea of an episode set in New York. So I decided to essentially write the scenario for them. Hopefully it's enjoyable.

Update (5/2/10): I have gotten some LOVELY reviews on MMM, so thanks for reading and enjoying! I'll be trying to update weekly, with five or six chapters total. If you have any ideas re. the story let me know, because writing the climax is gonna be CRAZY! Also, plotting my next fic...

Update (5/16/10): So normally I would have posted a chapter to MMM by this time, but I am so overwhelmed with work doing special effects makeup for one film and storyboards for another that I haven't had time to sit down and write, especially anything of quality. And I don't want to post anything that I feel is sub-par. So hopefully Chapter Five will be done by the end of next week, and the finale a week or two after that.

Update (7/31/10): Started a new multi-chapter, once again inspired by the awesomeness that is the Moff. I bow before your writing excellence, good sir. It's going to take awhile to figure out the details of the plot, with a crossover of this nature, so bear with me, and hopefully you'll enjoy it! Also, just moved and don't have internet yet, so can only post new chapters in Starbucks...ugh!

Update (8/11/10): HAVE THE INTERNET AGAIN WOOHOO! LET THE FANFIC COMMENCE!

Update (9/7/10):Really busy with other work right now, so apologies that upcoming chapters of Sherlock and the Doctors might be delayed or short. It will be finished eventually!

Update (6/5/12) Wow, I've been away from the world of fanfiction for quite some time, eh? I'd say too long. My original writing has been suffering as of late, so I might be turning to fandom soon in order to spark some creativity in me. It's hard to find time to write when you work full time and are getting ready to move into a new apartment, but I hope I'm able to upload something new soon! However, Sherlock & the Doctors is probably going to stay abandoned for awhile. I started to lose my way there, and I don't want to upload bad chapters just to finish the story. Big thanks to everyone who has enjoyed it, though! Maybe I'll finish it eventually...
