From what I hear, FFN is planning on deleting all stories containing profanity, violence, and explicit content. From what I hear, this isn’t just a rumor, and seeing all the recent changes happening to the site, I am preparing for the worst.

This is a personal message to every single person that has read, reviewed, or favorited my work:

THANK YOU.

Maybe there’s really no need to be so dramatic, maybe my shit won’t be deleted and this will seem silly, but this is important to me.

I want you all to know that every time I open my email and see that someone has added my work to their favorites, that someone has reviewed one of my stories, it’s like having someone stick their arm through my screen and hand me a cupcake. That’s how happy it makes me.

I started writing fanfiction during a rough point in my life, sitting alone on a long train ride with a laptop in my hands and thinking to myself “I’m going to write this just for me.” Not once did I ever think that by sharing that ‘just for me’ story I would make so many friends, earn so many compliments or be deserving of such praise. I get roughly 2,000 views on all of my stories per month.Holy fucking shit, guys. I’m humbled. So this may not seem like a big deal to everyone, but I wanted everyone to know that it’s been a pleasure.

I have backed up all of my stories on my hard drive, along with every single review. I’m keeping them, because every review is special, and every single person who took time out of their day to say something about my work is even more special.

So, thank you.
