So very sorry to not have updated my story in like FOREVER, but life got in the way. I am going back now to re-read what I wrote, so I can pick up again and hopefully post a new chapter very soon. To everyone who has been following the story, thank you ever so much for the replies, faves and encouragement!

While I love theater, I have no skills at acting, singing or dancing.

I do make a very good stage manager though, so I'm pleased. At least it allows me to participate in performances, even if it is behind the scenes.

I am most interested in Yaoi and Slash fanfics. My favorite pairing (of the moment) is that of The Rum Tum Tugger/Quaxo or Mistoffelees, from CATS. While I believe that Jacob Brent was decent in the video, my favorite performer in the role of Quaxo/Mistoffelees is Joao Paulo de Almeid. He is not only an incredible dancer who dazzled me with his "conjuring turn", but in my opinion, he's also, absolutely, the yummiest Quaxo/Mistoffelees that I have ever seen, on film or on stage. When writing a story about a musical or play, I tend to use the theatrical productions as my source, rather than a film version. The reason for this, is that a film version is unchanging, but a live stage performance has the potential for something new, every time.

I pray that live theater never goes the way of Vaudeville.
