Stories in Progress:

Sirens: (Recently deleted) - sorry 'bout that. 4 % complete. Being completely redone with much fewer things to pay attention to, more humour, angstiness and general mind-fuckery that really should belong in Basic Instinct which is where I most certainly did not get the inspiration to write the fiction in the first place. The main role will be played by Shizuka breaking out of the 'timid, desperately clingy lover/schoolgirl/housewife cliche that follows her around like a bad smell and the way she does so is quite nerve-wrecking since I play on realism in this story. It's a story of just how vicious and manipulative love can be when done through incorrect means and asks the question just how far you'd be willing to play someone in order to gain something you desire most.

Stories Completed:

Enticement: My first little piece of fiction. This is a pretty dark piece for the concepts behind it are quite adult on obsessions and just how far they can push someone to take what they cannot have, for it twists the person into believing they can have. Poor Serenity was sadly the object of Yami Bakura's fantasy for he had evidently been imagining her with him for quite some time before driving up the motivation to do what he wanted to such an innocent creature. I used the dub name of Serenity in this for I felt it could be hissed better than Shizuka.

Zoe: The subject of what lies after death has always fascinated me for I wish I didn't have such strong faith in my believes that there's nothing there; just a void of emptiness. Then I thought about the characters that had died for a purpose, a matyr's death if you will and I realised that Kisara was the best example of this. Her character is lovely and I felt pretty pissed off in the way in which she was killed in a Deus Ex Machina way to answer why Seto was so obsessed with his Blue Eyes, so decided to do her justice by portraying her in pure peace that she deserved after all the hardships she went through in her life.

Friends; Mardigny this guy is absolutely awesome, we've spoken so much to each other I swear if we put all our conversations together in a story it would be well over 8k words we speak that much. He's amazing at airing out ideas and his stories are extremely well structured, and when it comes to foreboding events just try out; Trébuchet.

Everyone @ YGO! contest fan forums this lot are an extremely interesting (if not a tad mental) party to come back to in my evenings and are always up for a chat and help you structure out some ridiculous plot bunnies with excellent critique to go with it.
