I’m always a little curious about why people actually visit profile pages…aside from the fact that they may want to find more of a particular author’s (can we call ourselves that?) works. Personally, I like to read all the quirky bits and pieces about people that I will never meet.

You, however, may be looking to stalk me, in which case I will not include a home address or phone number.

My name is Madeleine Jean but I much prefer to be referred to as Maddie. So much so, in fact, that if you call me Madeleine I will punch you in the teeth.

Contrary to that last paragraph, I am a very non-violent person who avoids all contact sports and/or dangerous and rough activities (contrary to that comment, I play netball). Sunshine is my all time favourite weather and my mission this winter is to find plenty of it to stand in (it's very cold up here in the winter time. I've aleady taken to wearing bed socks and it's only autumn). Also, I think cookies are the best thing since sliced bread (which is very toaster friendly, mind).

Am an avid fan of Stephen King, Dean Koontz, singlets, caramel topping, Slipknot, writing, reading and all things artistic, particularly the things that create lots of mess.

Gerard Way is my idol (but I despise howling girl-fans and groupies…you will never find me in that bunch. I just like the fact that he is no longer a fat alcoholic stoner and is married. If he can fix his screwed up life, can’t we all?)

Thinks the word “pantaloons” is hilarious and reckons Jim Carrey may be Jesus.

Hopes Sushi and Winston may rest in peace and swim merrily about in Fishie Heaven.

Also hopes that Frankie lives longer than my other two precious little ones did. :(
