Yet, even as he stands with all of this heaviness just outside her cozy flat, shaking snowflakes from his hair, she smiles so sweetly and takes hold of his hand, pulling him into the warmth.

She reads it through a couple of times, just to make certain that she's not grasping at straws, that she's not seeing coded messages where there is, in reality, a painfully lonely person sitting in a dingy room desperate for someone to love them.

Molly has a paper to write. Sherlock is overly solicitious, but she's too distracted and grateful for his assistance (when he isn't driving her crazy) to question why. Eventual Sherlolly.

Set after S3 . Molly is hurt by the fact that Sherlock didn't bother to say goodbye properly to her before leaving, assuming he'd never see them again. She's ready to change their dynamic and make sure he can't mistreat her anymore. But Sherlock ends up feeling guilty, and offers to do something unusual to make up for the hurt he caused. Set during Sherlock's recovery from being shot. John comes to the flat to discover his friend watching an American TV show...and is surprised by the reason for it. Sherlolly of course, with a dash of angsty Warstan (cause of when it's set). Rated T for mentions of sex.
