This profile is under construction; I'm trying to move some stuff around, so it's not so long and so that you don't have to see all my horrible opinions. I've been here a long time. Things change. Other Accounts: Feel free to laugh at my terrible art... Other things that need links: Hoshi's illustration for her story, "The Mistletoe Kiss": http:///art/The-Mistletoe-Kiss-107393125 Hoshi: Yeah, I know it sucks... And here's all of Chibi's picture that she let me use for my Squall and Leon birthday fics: Hoshi: Make sure you comment! She'd love you. Of course, if you hurt her in any way, I'LL FIND YOU. Days Of Christmas Project Masterlist: Me and my OCs will be wrote a oneshot for every day of December to take risks and have fun. For more information, check out my DA journal entry with the masterlist: THE PROJECT IS COMPLETE. Also, I am never doing a 30-day holiday-based project ever again. I don't recommend it. Just don't. --And now, my writers/OCs: I don't actually use them in stories; they write their own. So don't worry about anyone in your precious fandom falling in love with them because 4 out of 5 of them are kind of unlikeable. Hokulani Hoshi - she's an insane writer who throws coherency out the window. He's actually pansexual, now that I think about it. Genderfluid too. That means she decides whether she wants to be a boy, girl, or just nah. He enjoys pairings of all different types. Likes to read humor and attempts to write it. Usually, the story ends up very strange and random. Has been pestering me to get an Archive of Our Own account, so she can write porn. That might happen. Eventually. Tsume Ryuu - he's a depressing boy who will write something depressing when he's done brooding. Most likely asexual and cisgender male. Cisgender means 'identifies gender with sex that they were born with.' Tsume Tsuki - she's an adorable and possibly the only normal girl out of all my OCs. Unfortunately, she is very naive. Wants to write K rating stuff. Heterosexual...maybe? She doesn't seem to be that interested in love. Transgender MtF. Akuma - she's a twisted, sadistic freak who has been pestering me to get an Archive of Our Own account so that she can write explicit gore. That might happen as I get more and more tolerant of actual gore and can stand to edit it. Demisexual, maybe? Cisgender female...maybe? I don't know. Akumu - he's a slacker, and he would be another one of my normal OCs, but his laziness is just...on another level... He's probably the most well-liked writer on this account, though. Purely single-target sexual for Akuma. Nonbinary, does not identify solely with either gender. Prefers he/him and it/its pronouns, though, but wouldn't care if you used she/her. And here's my position on things: A Message To All Anonymous Flamers: I shouldn't have to say anything, but I guess you're too stupid to get the picture. You have no life if you decide to insult someone and not leave an email address. You are the most pathetic little cowards on the internet. You don't even tell someone how they can improve or what they did right, so you aren't helpful in any way. You're useless and you shouldn't ever go here. You can dish out the heat, but you can't take it?! Have YOU ever written a story and published it for the world with internet to see?! I know I've got my mistakes and I know I don't write gems. I'm not conceited. Until you get an account, write CHAPTER fics on it, and understand what kind of problems authors go through, don't even think about flaming us. You don't know how much work goes into writing or the anxiety of publishing it for the world to see, so I don't want to hear it from someone who hides behind their computer and anonymity without ever knowing the weight writers and artists carry. Bashing: I am really not into character bashing. I understand that we all have characters we dislike and even hate, but no one really thinks it's all that funny if Sakura gets into a car accident and becomes so horrifically ugly that no one likes her anymore. I mean, bashing just seems like unnecessary violence with lots of grammar and spelling errors thrown into the mix nowadays. And if you're going to bash a character, can't you keep them IN character? And if you do that, then warn us, hmm?! I don't want to find an interesting story that turns out to be a terribly written Ino-bashing story that makes absolutely no sense and makes the author look like a total fool. That wastes both of our time! And think about this, hm? Is it really all that funny to you and the audience you're writing it for? I can understand if you speak another language and your English isn't all that good or if you really did warn your readers it was a bashing story. The fault is really on the readers now. If you knew it was a bashing story for a character you like, then WHY WOULD YOU READ IT?! You waste your time on a stupid meaningless flame on something that you could've spent on something more productive and you waste the author's time as well because you are not helping them improve or suggesting that they write something else other than it, you are saying, "yeah well your a (beep) you stupid (beep). Sakura could kick your butt" or something along those lines rather than "Read your story over and try to keep your characters in character. You really think Sakura would sleep with a hundred other guys?" Don't you think that seems more helpful than some stain of a review we call flames? Who tops: I apologize if any of the below offend you. The problem isn't so much that they act girly and being girly is bad, but the fact that it's really out of character. Now, if this was a joke in a crackfic, that'd be fine, but it's not so cool if you think they ACTUALLY act that way. It couldn't be further from the truth. And also, calling them 'girly' is probably an insult to actual girly girls. Real life girls are way tougher than the weepy uke we usually see in fanworks. All that matters in a relationship is that there is trust and understanding and consent. So yes, you can have a top-bottom relationship, and it can still be equal. Switch relationships are cool too. The 'top' isn't always the one with the most power in the relationship. If there had to be a power dynamic, ukes have more power in the relationship than the seme realistically because they're the ones who are setting all the limits and have the final say. Otherwise, this could head to noncon territory. I still have my own preferences on who I want topping because that's just how it is, for me, I guess. Some relationships, they go either way. Other relationships, Person B better be topping, or I don't care how good it is, I probably won't read. Unless there's one hell of a fic rec, but that's another story. On to the real problem, why do we feel the need to turn the seme into this super manly man and the uke into this...uke? There's really no need to change a character to suit the roles you prefer. The seme doesn't need to be this ultra tough never cries what is this emotion you speak of so-called 'alpha male,' and the uke doesn't need to be this ultra feminine so innocent wouldn't understand innuendo if it danced naked in front of them I have to stop. The list goes on and on. Long story short, don't use sex positions to characterize men...or anyone, for that matter. I know I'm just as guilty as most people are when it comes to this, I'll admit. I'm not a great writer, but I'll try to get there. The only way to go from absolutely terrible is up. Maybe I'll get to 'ehhh...passable' some day. And whoever's reading this will go even further than me. Now, if we're getting fandom specific here (This is a train wreck, oh my wow) Kingdom Hearts - I think Leon and Cloud would take turns. I'll probably only read Seme Leon fics, though. Who's older and who has more experience and who's stronger and who's "manlier" (the hell does that even mean?) don't mean a damn thing to me. Also, if you bothered to check the official info on who's older, you would see that Leon is older, not Cloud. It's a fact, so if you're going off that reason, then you are technically wrong about Cloud being older. If we're talking FFVII, FFVIII, and Dissidia, you'd be right, but not here you're not. I've also seen people saying they don't like Cloud acting all girly. Well, then what sense does it make to have Leon be the girly one instead of Cloud? In fact, if you're going to make either Cloud or Leon really girly, then just pair Leon or Cloud up with a girl. They're so similar; no one would tell the difference. Actually, no, that's an insult to actual girls. I like it when people have proper warnings about noncon. I'm still not that good at warnings, so I should at least help other people with what I'm still trying to grasp. And most noncon Cleon fics have Cloud as a rapist. And for whatever reason, Cloud is a really f(beep)ucked up in the head seme whether he's a rapist or not sometimes which creeps me out. It's like you decided to have Sephiroth or Seifer wear a Cloud mask. Another reason I avoid Uke Leon. Cloud is stronger, so I can't really see him being raped. Therefore, I'll probably never see a noncon Cleon fic where Leon's the rapist (Yeah, I've spoken too soon, my argument is void, abort abort) which makes my life easier. And then there's the seme Cloud that's a total perv. I could say that he's not in character that way, but I don't think it's the mako that makes someone horny. Just look at Cloud in canon. He gives zero effs about getting laid. It's like you had Zack or Irvine wear the Cloud mask this time. Do yourselves a favor and just pair Leon up with Sephiroth or Zack or call him Squall and put him back in the FFVIII fandom to pair him up with Seifer or Irvine instead of Cloud 'cause it's virtually the same thing if you won't have a ohIdon'tknow NORMAL not pervy or f(censor)ucked up in the head seme Cloud. At least seme Leon is usually normal (I read Atrophy. I HAVE SPOKEN TOO SOON) And that's my position on why I think they take turns, but I prefer reading Seme Leon fics. I don't care anymore. I like it when Sora tops Riku. I don't like hyped on sugar super girly pathetic what's an innuendo stupidly naive extra extra sparkly innocent Sora. To be honest, I never really liked SoRiku at all, but if Sora tops, I am so there, you don't even know. And I have learned that I like a variety of Riku pairings. I have also learned that I only like Riku pairings if Riku bottoms. I'm still trying to figure out why. Dissidia: Final Fantasy - "Who's older and who has more experience and who's stronger and who's "manlier" (the hell does that even mean?) don't mean a damn thing to me." Now, I don't really know all much about the other characters aside from how they act in Dissidia. Except for Cloud, since I have CC, FFVII for the PSP, and AC. But I do know that Cloud's dress is equipment, and that is wonderful. Also, kind of prefer Squall or Cecil topping in pairings because that's rare. At least on Cecil's part. Squall just hardly tops if it's Cloud, I think. I should read more Dissidia fics. Super Smash Brothers - Uke Marth is an abomination. He is the worst thing I have ever seen next to Pit. I will never read an Uke Marth as I have lost faith in Uke Marth having any remotely redeeming quality in him. He is utterly, completely pathetic. I don't like IkeXPit or MarthXPit, so I've never really read any Pit pairing fics. Pit may be an angel, but he's also been to the Underworld and back, so eff that innocent crap. Angel had to have been tough. Expect Seme Pit from me. NOIAMSTILLNOTWRITINGALEMON. On FF. Still working on that Ao3 thing. Seme Roy is a no for me. I know my Uke Roy is pretty much every single thing I've berated the other abominations up there for, but I know better now. I don't care if you're patient with me, but I'll get there. Just watch. I'll probably never write a Seme Roy or Uke Marth or Uke Pit or read fics with them ever, though. I think the Uke thing for Roy for me is hereditary or something. Roy's the son of freaking Eliwood; freaking zero ounce of mean naively hopeful Eliwood. Roy is different from his father, though, probably inherited common sense from his mother, so he's probably not as bad as his sheltered father. Eff it, I want to see Eliwood and Roy topping their boyfriends. But on Roy's side, not Marth, Pit, Wolt, or Link. I have no opinion on Link. I am beyond caring at this point. Fire Emblem - You'll be stuck reading my bio forever if I get into this. Just...just...characters. Not sex positions. Only half the FE lords are freakishly naive too -coughEliwoodcough- I love Eliwood, but sometimes...sometimes... -shakes head- Final Fantasy VII - Zack is like the nicest guy ever. He'd probably let Cloud top. They could totally take turns. What? You thought I only liked Uke Cloud? Tch. You only read my position on two fandoms. Cloud should totally top more in this fandom where it really counts. If he's going to be an uke, well, if he's like 14, you can kind of get away with it. I mean, Nibelheim? Small town probably never heard of all those weird sexual positions and preferences. He probably wouldn't know most innuendos. By the time he's 21, of course, he's not exactly innocent anymore, you know. I think Vincent and Cloud could probably take turns too. They're both strong, so they probably won't hurt each other too much when they're doing that, yeah. Ukeroth. I... ... I don't know how I feel about that exactly... Also, I prefer Reno topping Cloud. What? Less chance of me reading noncon this way. Reno can't rape Cloud, the guy would gut him if he tried (Wow, I guess I never get tired of being proved wrong). I'll probably flat out avoid Cloud and Kadaj. I think Kadaj would top, but that creates a noncon scenario I'd rather not read. That and any part of Sephiroth willingly submitting to Cloud is something I can't really imagine outside of AUs. If you read all that, you have the patience and tolerance of a saint. Meaning, you are one cool person. Thanks for that. You probably disagree with everything up there, but hey, you're just being you and I'm being me. People have opinions. I'm not going to hate YOU just because you think differently. Now, if you insult me for no apparent reason, I might dislike you. And hey, we could avoid the seme-uke dynamic altogether and make something really interesting, you know? One more thing, I'm not f(yeah, I'm still doing that)ucking telling you how to write. This is just how I see things and what makes sense to ME. If you want to have your uke be a total codependent wimp who has to constantly rely on their seme, go right ahead. If it's not against this site's policy, then no one's going to stop you. If you want your Leon to be all kittenish and innocent and freakishly naive about even the most blatantly obvious things of a sexual nature and 'rapeable' (I can't believe I just used that word...-cries-), you do that. I won't read your stuff, but you're free to do that. Don't take that as an insult, 'cause seriously, I'm only one person. You're not going to miss me. If you haven't already realized it, I'm F(I'm doing it again)UCKING WEIRD. At least you now know what you're getting into if you ever see me. We could probably be friends -shot- Nah, knowing all this, you're just going to avoid me. Oh well. Maybe someone else, then. How I feel about reviews: Never be afraid to review. NEVER be afraid to REVIEW. I have never heard of a writer who doesn't want their story reviewed, so say something. You clicked on the story. You read it. You have an opinion. Say it, and don't be afraid to. Unless you're racist or a homophobe (not as in a person who doesn't like yaoi or yuri but a total homophobe who thinks people need to be "cured" of their homosexuality) or sexist or something like that, then you probably should keep it to yourself and try to keep an open mind, but other than that, REVIEW. Even if you didn't like the story, then you can say what you didn't like about the story. Reviews don't have to be positive, they're meant to tell the other readers (and the writer, to a lesser degree) what they thought of the story. You can be mean (but understand that I won't take any insults lying down, and neither will Hoshi or Akuma) if that's the only way to get your point across. At least you've said something. I'm always looking for ways to improve, so anything you say will be taken into consideration. Well, if you act like I should only write what you like, then you should expect a fully justified angry reply. But while you may not have any kind words, remember this. A mean review does more harm than good. If you want to fill the world with bitterness and contempt, then choose your words wisely. People who write and make art were meant to cooperate with each other and help them create something great. Isn't that better than trying to tear each other down? And if you're scared of my OCs, then I can make them apologize, but it's a little silly to be afraid of an OC... Some arguments: (Warning: Get ready to get schooled and ranted upon) Person A: You ship them? They barely talked to each other! KN: This is fanfiction. I can make Sakura Haruno fall head over heels for a log if I wanted to. In fanfiction, you can create your own scenarios where the people I ship can meet and get acquainted long enough for them to fall in love with each other. Unless this is crack, then I don't give a damn how they met, they are going to make out, and you do not get a say in it. Person B: You ship them? Ugh...yaoi fangirls. They're not gay! Hoshi: Of course they're not, silly! Person B: ...? Hoshi: They're totally bisexual. Or pan. Maybe even ace! I mean, rarely is anyone completely a hundred percent gay or straight, so they're most likely anything but completely straight or gay. Just like me and possibly you! Person B: You're a freak, and they're not bisexual! Or attracted to pans. Or whatever the heck ace is. Hoshi: Aww, thanks! And only one or two in a group of people are a hundred percent gay or straight. Even smaller in that group are the people who have no interest in sex at all which are asexuals or 'ace' for short. Sure most people who are bisexual will identify themselves as either gay or straight - and they're not wrong for thinking that way - but that doesn't change the fact that they're just on a different spectrum of the sexual orientation scale. So you pick your three characters that are totally straight, buddy, because everyone else is some form of bisexual. Or pansexual, which means they are attracted to a range of genders. And just 'cause you're ace doesn't mean you can't pair with someone platonically. Person C: I get that fandom is fandom, but you need to accept the pairing I ship as canon because it's canon! Akuma: Ships don't need canons to fly. A ship just needs to float. And if you get that fandom is fandom, then you should let a fan do whatever and support whatever they want so long as they are following site guidelines and not harassing other people. If you get that fandom is fandom, then we can totally ignore canon if we want. Fanfiction is fanfiction. Everyone has different opinions, and I'm not changing mine. Especially not for someone as contradictory as you. Person D: I disagree with your opinion. Ryuu: I disagree with your opinion too. Person D: You should change your opinion to match mine. Ryuu: You can't change a person unless they want to change. And I'm not changing myself just because you want me to. KN's the only one who gets to edit us, anyway. Person E: You write like a twelve year old girl. Tsuki: I am a twelve year old girl. Person F: You have bad taste in pairings. Akumu: Zzz...Zzz... Person F: ... Akumu: Mnwhazzit?! Oh, hi. Well, let's see, what exactly defines a 'good' taste in pairings anyway? Shipping things that are canon? Shipping things that everyone in the fandom likes? If that's what 'good' taste is, then I don't want to be a part of it. People can ship what they want. They're really are all kinds of people in the world, you know. Person F: I don't like you. You suck. Akumu: Even if everyone in the fandom hates me for liking what I like despite not being homophobic or racist or sexist and after I've followed every site guideline, then that's fine with me. I'm not changing myself. Just because you don't like me doesn't make me a bad person. Person G: Ugh, Cloud's not a girl! KN: No, he's not. Squall's not a girl either, but you write him like one. Ditto Leon and Sora and Roxas and Ventus and Cecil and Bartz and Zidane (list goes on and on) and what was I talking about again? -shrugs- Probably wasn't important anyway. Person H: I am so tired of being forced to look at all this yaoi! Hoshi: Oh, you poor thing! Someone put a gun to your head and made you look at fictional gay porn genre? Tsk. Here, let me help you prevent this with a piece of advice: if you don't like, then don't look. Usually there's a warning for you to read to help you out too. Person H: It's kind of hard not to look when this shit's everywhere! Akuma: It ain't our fault if we're just doing what we like and what makes us happy. Especially since it's not hurting anyone physically. So it's everywhere, you say? Then why don't you just write and draw more het and yuri if that's the problem. If you people supported the stuff you like with HALF as much passion as the yaoi fans supported their yaoi, then we wouldn't HAVE this problem, now would we? You can't tell them not to support what they want to just because you're bitching and whining. Why don't you support your stuff as much as they do? When you bash something just to raise what you like up in comparison, that won't get you anywhere. KN: That's the reason why I don't support MarthXLink as much anymore. Too many people saying stuff like, "Oh, MarthXRoy's overdone. Support MarthXLink or MarthXPit or IkeXMarth or some other maleXMarth" or "Roy's not in Brawl anymore." So what if Roy's not in Brawl anymore? I ship IkeXRoy and PitXRoy too. And what about IkeXPit? No one ever complains about how IkeXPit's overdone, and that pairing's more popular than MarthXRoy ever was. Hoshi: Hey, person H! I noticed that you're in the 'Anti yaoi-yuri' group, but you seem to just bash yaoi all the time. I'll just delete the yuri part then to make you more accurate! Person H: I'm anti-yuri too! But since there's like NO yuri, then I'm more lenient on it. I mean yaoi's too popular. Hoshi: Hating something 'popular' doesn't make you cool. There's more het than yaoi, so I don't see why you don't hate het for being too popular. And don't give me this bullshit that yaoi is the most popular thing. Maybe in fanworks, but everywhere else? Het is everywhere in mainstream media. Het is canon everywhere in books, movies, TV shows, anime, video games, etc. You hardly ever see anything prominently gay or lesbian on your TV. And don't get me started on the disappointing lack of important transexuals, bisexuals, asexuals, pansexuals... Lots of yaoi and yuri fans like het too, so there's definitely more het out there. Oh, and way to slap every yuri fan in the face. They ARE there, and they're supporting what they want, but you're not even going to acknowledge that they exist? It's a bigger insult to tell someone they're not even on the map. Yaoi and Het aren't the only things in fandom. If you're going to be anti yaoi-yuri, then you can't just bash yaoi all the time. You're just an exaggerated anti yaoi closet yuri fan. Maybe you think you're being nice. I think you're just full of bull. It's one thing to dislike yaoi and yuri. It's another thing to hurt people who like those genres. Person I: I hate Fire Emblem characters in Super Smash Bros for being too popular. Ryuu: -stares at Awakening's success and the new SSB4 roster- It has been more popular lately, but so what? You want to hate something for being popular then hate Mario and Legend of Zelda characters because their franchises are the biggest. They've been around longer and gained more success than Fire Emblem has so far. I'm not telling you that your opinion's wrong, but you should at least be logical. Oh, and ditto what Hoshi said about hating something just because it's popular. Person J: Yaoi?! Yuri's so much better. Hoshi: Yaoi and yuri are both mainly written by girls for girls, so they're pretty much the same thing. It IS unfortunate that a lot of yaoi gets written off as poor quality, and it's hard to find yuri period let alone actual good yuri that isn't just fetishization for straight males. Person J: Um, excuse you! Yuri's all deep and spiritual and beautiful. Yaoi is just badly written smut. Hoshi: And that's what I'm talking about. True, most yaoi is badly written smut as a genre in its whole, but het porn is mostly badly written sex too. But badly written yaoi will always get a worse rap than badly written het and yuri. And that sucks because some of the yaoi is actually well written and really hot and deep and spiritual. You have to pore through pages and pages of stuff before you can find that really good yaoi fanfiction, though. That's just part of the challenge along with people constantly telling you that the genre you like is trash. With yuri you have a different problem of trying to find the damn yuri in the first place, and even then it's not a guarantee that it'll be good. Less doesn't always mean better quality. Life's not that simple. The one yuri fic you manage to find probably isn't better than the best yaoi fic you find. More stuff means you gotta dig, and it's probably there...somewhere. Eff it, you probably have to write it yourself. Less stuff means you have to find it in the first place, and even then it's not what you're looking for. And eff it, you probably have to write it yourself. Fanservicey yuri fodder is the worst, though. Person K: Don't ship yaoi in my fandom because my fandom's not a yaoi genre like Gravitation or Loveless! KN: This is fandom. I'll ship whatever the hell I want. Who cares if it's not 'canon?' I'll bet you ship things that aren't canon either. Person K: Ugh! Why don't you just take your yaoi to actual yaoi genres and leave us alone!!! Ryuu: Tsuki, we should leave before this gets ugly. Tsuki: Okay. Akumu: Zzz...Zzz... KN: Us? Leave you alone? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! Do you have any idea how much crap and generalization I've had to deal with for liking what I like? Do you have any idea how much crap and generalization any BL fan has had to deal with because of YOU PEOPLE complaining all the time?! Why don't YOU leave US alone?!! We haven't done anything to YOU. We ship what we like just like you do. You know what, we do even better than you, we waste time and character space warning you about slashy content in the summary AND in the story while you don't warn us about your het content! AND YOU KNOW SOMETHING ELSE? WE'RE TIRED OF THAT BULLSHIT. WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WARN FOR GAY CONTENT LIKE IT'S A BAD THING FOR YOUR WEAK LITTLE EYES. KN: You think I tell SasukeXSakura fans to leave me alone? No. I don't. I simply just NOT. LOOK. and continue on my merry way. And do you honestly think every yaoi fan is the same, lumping us all together like that? That's like saying all het fans ship SasukeXSakura or CloudXAerith. Guess what? THEY. DON'T. And yaoi fans also argue about topping dynamics because that's part of being in the fandom usually. Unless you don't care about that particular dynamic. But just scroll up there on my arguments. Look at all that wasted space. We deal with crap EVERY DAY. And you? What do YOU have to complain about? HET IS EVERYWHERE. HET IS CANON. HET IS ACCEPTABLE NEARLY EVERYWHERE. Oh, you didn't hear that? HET IS ACCEPTABLE NEARLY EVERYWHERE. Seriously. Don't you tell us to leave you alone after all the crap you say to us and all the things you try to exclude us from. You leave us alone. Slash fans had to carve out and build up their own empire to create a safe place (which we really should make safer. Could use less misogyny in this area; we're not those fans who think girls have to fight over guys or that guys have to earn girls like they're objects and prizes). We didn't just appear overnight to terrorize a bunch of whiny weaklings the way anti-yaoi fans treat us. I'm done dealing with this. KN: And finally, if you're trying to tell us how to write with your 'guide to yaoi' or whatever, DON'T. BOTHER. unless you're a yaoi fan too. If you're not, you lose credibility. I like to make fun of yaoi fans too because I am one, and I think we do write a lot of crap and do silly things. I like to make fun of het and yuri fans too because of the same reasons. If you aren't a yaoi fan, then don't bother telling us how to write. You're not trying to help, you're insulting us and making fun of us and telling us how to write and YOU THINK IT'S A GOOD JOKE. But you know what's really funny? MOST OF YOUR REVIEWERS DON'T EVEN LIKE YAOI. You think you can tell yaoi fans how to write to PLEASE HET FANS. YOU. ARE TELLING YAOI FANS HOW TO WRITE TO PLEASE PEOPLE WHO DON'T EVEN READ THEIR GENRE NOR ENJOY READING THEIR GENRE. Do you see how useless and senseless that is? It's a waste of time. For everyone. KN: Every 'guide to yaoi' fic I've ever read is written by an anti-yaoi fan who normally uses some immature and stubborn yaoi fangirl who just wants to write tons of plotless porn to get their point across. That is an insult. Not all of us are like that. A lot of us aren't even girls or straight, for that matter. How can I take you seriously when you make a joke out of insulting a group of people who didn't do a thing to hurt you? I already don't write plotless porn (and who cares if they want to? Sometimes people just want to write porn. They can't do it on FF, though. And stop praising plot like it automatically makes the story better. Shitty plots are worse than no plot). I already check my spelling and grammar. I already don't resort to love and have wild sex at first sight unless I think I can pull it off, make it believable and well-written, which isn't in my skill zone at all. I already did everything you could possibly advise and am working on the stuff that I'm not good at yet, so why would I go through your insults for something I already know? KN: You can get your point across and be funny. That up there? That's not doing it for me, and it's probably just going to make some yaoi fans even more stubborn about writing the way they do. You want to 'help' them, then you should treat them like people instead of undesirables. A mean comment does more harm than good, remember? But even if you want to help, you probably shouldn't. Like I said, you lost your credibility the moment you said you hated yaoi. Leave it to the yaoi fans to educate the yaoi fans on writing and sense. We might do a better job than you, who knows? Reached the end of this profile while reading everything you haven't already read? Nice! Here's a cookie. -gives cookie- People don't have the best attention spans nowadays, so it's rare to see someone like you. Yay, you! I apologize for all the Caps Lock. I will not apologize for my ire. |
