Basically, I love anime and manga. The characters and storylines are so amazing and I always get pulled in so easily. I get emotionally tied to the stories, so I guess it was only a matter of time before I started writing fanfiction. At any point in the day I'll have a new story idea or a new design for a character (my sketchbooks and margins of my school notebooks are filled with them). It's so much fun to find new ways to interact characters, while at the same time having the challenge of keeping things in-character and making it all flow together. My friends always read what I write and I have fun reading the goofy comments they make sometimes. I usually write stories with romance because, well, what can I say, I'm a hopeless romantic. But I try to steer away from mushy, lovey-dovey romance. I like to mix in some angst and humor- to get a wider range of emotions that make the writing more engaging.

Through the Shadows (Kingdom Hearts)

Now I have a bad habit of starting new fanfics before I finish my old ones, so I'll try to avoid neglecting the longer ones that need updating.
