Hello to you lovely person who has taken it upon themselves to visit my page

I'm an Occupational Therapist in New Zealand and have always enjoyed stories and books, preferring to dive into a fantasy world than live in the real world.

Favourite author at the moment would be Anne Bishop. i am addicted to her black dark jewel series

Favourite artist at the moment would be The Cat Empire but have yet to choose a favourite

Favourite movie would be Cloud Atlas, I am so in love with it right now

Favourite TV series would be... errrrrrrrr... if I had to choose it would have to be Dr Who but there is a long list of second equals

I struggle to write. An odd thing to admit on a writing website I know, but I never enjoy reading my own stories and so I don't see them as good enough for public consumption. I imagine it is what a painter feels; always noticing the brush strokes without seeing the full picture, well, I see the words I've chosen and get so hung up on them that I fail to accept it as a whole.

at the moment I've just finished a sequel to my Stargate Atlantis fic and there is now a giant Harry Potter story I’m blocking out (HG/SB/RL) but it is not working out the way I planned it, there is just so much more than I expected to lay out and define... also I'm trying to decide if I need a time travel section and those are notoriously difficult to get right. Anyway, it will be another little while, I'm only half way
