Favorite Naruto Pairings: SasuNaru or NaruSasu!! (love the SasuNaru... Worship the SasuNaru...), NaruHina, ShikaIno, ChouIno, ShikaTem, NejiTen, LeeSaku, GaaHina, KibaHina. To tell the truth, I like any pairing as long as it's well written... Not counting ItaNaru or ItaSasu. Those are just plain WRONG!!

Random Fact: I used to think fanfiction was stupid and rather nerdy. I now spend more time reading fanfiction than actually following the series! (same thing goes with two particular pairings... And KAKASHI!!)

Konnichiwa peoples!! Anyway, today I have decided to post a rant on VERY random stuff!! I shall begin with...

High School Fics!!

Now, don't get me wrong, there are a few really good ones out there (somewhere) but they always tend to follow the same plot (the good ones are ones that are UNIQUE, as far as plot goes...). Another thing: Would ANYONE really want to read about the torture they are going to, already have, or are facing?! I mean, seriously... I dunno who thought thee would be a good idea, but they are only good if there is some kind of twist to them. (ie: past lives, odd powers, weird after school stuff, etc)

Flamers!!

Ergh, I hate them... I mean, come ON, we know YOU can't write and you don't have a life, but do you have to take it out on US (the ones who get flamed), the ones who even though they might not be the best authors, are still trying their best?! Flaming is especially stupid when it's because of a PAIRING. I mean, the pairings ARE clearly mentioned either in the summary, warnings, or ANs... Can't you read?! It makes no sense to me! I'm still trying to find a fic (with many chapters) that hasn't been flamed. You don't like the fic? Then move along quietly. Or at least leave some NICE criticism, not "You really suck at writing. Really. Just stop." (that was a quote from a flame I've received...) Sheesh people, what happened to being nice and polite?(or letting out frustrations in rants?)

Net Speak...

Grr. A fic is just NOT meant to be written in net speak. Just because it's faster doesn't mean it's better. Now, I understand if you can't spell, but if that's the case, then use spell check, or get a beta or something! At the very least, warn the readers about your spelling problem. Trust me, net speak is almost IMPOSSIBLE to read... And that's why I avoid fics with net speak like the plague. (Yes, that includes in the summary or title.)

Review "beggars"

You know, those people who say, "I'm not reviewing unless I get THIS many reviews!!" I suppose it's alright if you have MANY chapters and many, many readers/reviewers, but generally, this is very immature. (in my opinion, at least) You can set a goal, but don't hold back chapters because of YOUR greed for reviews. Just write the chapter and you own pace, because I prefer writers who update when they have the new chapter out, not when they have gotten ten reviews for the last chapter, or something. I would prefer to earn reviews because people liked my story, not because I begged for them. Now, you can say, "Please review." or, "Please point out any mistakes, or tell me you like it, or give me suggestions". Those are fine. But really, begging... Makes you look like a pretty bad writer...

Copying

... Get you OWN fic idea!! I personally try to think up ideas that are as original as possible (you should see my two new ideas). If you are going to use the idea, get PERMISSION first. And remember to credit the original author for the idea. I've actually seen two fics with the same idea, and they actually the EXACT SAME paragraphs! And neither one gave credit to the other. And yes, they were identical... Down to the errors. It was pretty stupid.

Harems

... I HATE THEM!! I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY HATE THEM!! (sorry, had to vent there) I just don't understand. It's like "Oh yeah, we both love Sasuke, so how about we share him?" "Oh sure, I'm fine with dating fifty different people at the same time!" Does that make sense to you? No? Good. I still can't understand why someone would think it to be a good idea. Now, if the "harem" was one-sided (ie, Sasuke's fangirls love Sasuke but he hates them) that fine, but if they all agree on it... (ie, Naruto loves all of these girls and they all love him so he dates all of them at the same time and they know it but don't care) No. Just... No. Okay?

Summary for Flaming Will (for now): An agreement was made between the Kages of the five great shinobi villages three years before the Kyuubi attacked. The ultimate peacekeeping-shinobi were created soon after. Enter the elite shinobi: The Five Elemental Kunoichi. FemNaru, no pairings as of yet.

Summary for ehh... Untitled Fic #1!! (I really need to think of a name...): High School could never be more dramatic, right? So what about if you add a secret organisation, past lives, forgotten loves, immortal demons, and secret abilities? Is it more dramatic now? (SasuNaru, NejiTen, other pairings to be decided when I actually write it!!)

Summary for Untitle Fic #2 (Sigh): The Rokudaime and his secret lover and Anbu captain are forced back to the past. What could possibly go wrong? A lot more than they thought, apparently. (SasuNaru, half-sequel to TTBH)

Though I need to go rewatch a few episodes. I think the Chunnin exams hate me!! For anyone actually READING this, I'll be leaving on vacation soon, but I'll try to cough up the chappie before then, but expect a rather long wait somewhere this month. Oh, and I love requests for oneshots!! Well, that's about it... I think... Hm. Why do I feel like I'm forgetting something?! Ah well. Ja ne!!

Konnichiwa, minna-san!! I've been chibi-fied for the day, so I'm gonna be talking like this for today! My nee-chan (adoptive... Also known as Forgotten Silver Angel) says my page is too weird.. She's so mean to Emmy-chan!! T.T Anyway, I'm adding Honoka-san's rant to my page in a sec (also known as Emmy-chan's Rant) and I have 2new fic ideas! Yay for me!! (applauds self) Anyway, guess what? My birthday's coming up! Yes, this friday! I can't wait!! I might write a birthday fic for myself cause no one will write one for me...
