"Timeline" sort of...Let start from the beginning
The first year: Midori and Youko meet and start their relationship. They are 18 years old.

At the start of the second year: Yukino and Haruka meet and start their relationship. They are 9 and 10 years old respectively. In the meantime, Midori proposes to Yohko after their meeting with Haruka and Yukino.
In the middle of that same year: Yukino and Haruka meet Shizuru.
By the end of that same year:
Shizuru's mother dies.
Shizuru and Natsuki meet.
One week later, Natsuki loses her family.

Early in the third year:
Yukino, Haruka and Shizuru break their friendship.
Natsuki has already met Miyu and adopted Alyssa.

By the end of the fourth year:
Natsuki learns the truth about Miyu and her mother's Will.

In the early fifth year:
Midori and Youko are hired by Mashiro for jobs at Fuuka.
Natsuki transfer to Fuuka middle school third year. She is the first teenager Hime to arrive.
Natsuki meets Youko and Midori, she then starts living at their apartment.
By the end of the year, Midori helps Natsuki resolve her issues with Miyu.

In the sixth year:
Yukino and Haruka arrive at Fuuka.
Then later on, Nao, Kazuya and Akira arrive.
Midori starts her missions.
Shizuru arrives.
Yukino and Haruka meet Shizuru. Rivarly starts. Yukino vows to rebuild their friendship.
The Hime Unit is created.
Shizuru becomes the Student Council President.
Midori makes Natsuki the Vice-President of the Student Council.
Shizuru and Natsuki meet again then distance themselves.
Natsuki then remembers Shizuru.
Midori helps Natsuki resolve her issues with Shizuru.
Akane and Mikoto are now in Fuuka.
Natsuki plans to get their relationship to improve.
In the middle of the sixth year, Midori announces she has to leave.

The seventh year: Mai arrives. The rivalry starts. and the original timeline begins (it takes around a couple months before Mai's Key appears).
