I'M BAAAACK!!!!!!

Okay, so that was a bit dramatic but I finally managed to sort through my emails and find the password for my account! To everyone who has patiently been awaiting the next update of Shadow's Secret, I would love to be able to tell you that I have a ton of chapters saved up, but sadly, I don't. My last laptop, the one I was constantly whining about finally decided to just up and blow up--literally--taking with it the next few chapters that I had written and was going to send off for editing. Unfortuantly, I hadn't managed to save them onto my external hard drive and lost them completely. I had no access to notes, or anything I'd had on my computer and the hard drive I was saving everything to almost obsessively was corrupted by said blowing up of laptop. My muses also completely deserted me, leaving me unable to write anything for months at a time, which is fairly depressing since I live for writing. And then, lo and behold, what do I find on the mess pretending to be my desk? A pile of hastily written, extremely vague notes on the chapters to be written. So, now I have some idea on what was meant to happen between now and the end of the fic. Which I do intend on finishing to prove, mostly to myself, that I can do so. The only problem I have now is a compulsive need to re-write and edit the previous chapters to bring them up to the standards I hold myself to now. Re-reading the old chapters simply showed me how much I had learned in the time since. So, wish me luck! Ja ne!

Okay, I live in the Western Sydney Suburbs, Australia, and tend to dream a fair bit whenever I wander down to our local bushland park, Nurragingy.

I only ever write Slash fiction now, as I've found I don't have a flair for het at all, and having no pairings makes the story seem a bit empty, lacking in one department and too full in another. Because of this, my mind is constantly spitting out various plot ideas which then multiply into hundreds of little plot bunnies intent on destroying my ability to actually listen to my mum when she asks me to do something for her.

When It All Comes Down is officially up for adoption if anyone is interested. If no one shows any interest, I will be pulling it down after two months, so when March begins, this story will no longer be on this site. If it is adopted, that person will get all the little notes and chapter title I had ready to be used.

Naturalis Majicka is more than likely going to sit here on the back burner for a while. Mainly because the muse ran away, and the fact that, yet again, I feel as if it was seriously poorly written. I want to be as unique as possible, I want my characters to fit into the story well, I want the chapters to flow, and I want the plot to catch the attention of those who read it. So, I'm afraid that my first foray into HP fiction was a total failure.

ALL HARRY POTTER FICS ARE ON HOLD UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Shadow's Secret is hopefully about to start up again. Now that I have survived the writing drought I went through since last you all heard from me and now that I have finally found some notes on the chapters. I aim to have at least a new chapter up by the end of the year, if not two or three. This story is not discontinued.

History and Drabbles is the companion piece to Shadow's Secret. The first chapter concerns the story-like beginning of the Hecatamae. The next one should be a sort of research paper on Shields and other curious oddities that some reviewers have mentioned. It doesn't just contain information on Hecatamae, it'll also be where scenes that were cut out from the final edited version of chapters will go, or where random bits and pieces will end up. If anyone wants to know anything in particular about Hecatamae or Harry's Hybrid status, PM me and I'll see what I can come up with. If you wanted to see a particualr part of Harry's past, which I can't fit into my story plan, PM me (again) and I should be able to whip something up.

The Fey Courtesan is probably not so regular. In fact, I have a severe Writer's Block in relation to this here fic.

From The Beginning is my first shot at writing a fic from the beginning of Harry's first year at Hogwarts. Original, I know. But I hope to keep it as unique as possible. Like The Fey Courtesan, this fic won't be as regular as Shadow's Secret, but I'll try to keep it updated as quickly as I can. At least I know that my pairing is unique, not many people stick Harry and Blaise together. But, remember, they are only eleven at the moment. I have also decided that this one will contain Years One and Two, with The Second Step containing Three and Four, Breaking Point Five and Six, and Until The End will be Seven.

Eyes On Fire is a new addition to my current fics. This one was written around about 2005, long before I ever read Twilight and long before Robert Pattinson was cast for the role of Edward Cullen. So, hopefully, no one will think it was inspired by the Twilight Series. Ten chapters were originally written, but my writing style back then was short, choppy and horribly atrocious, in my own personal opinion. So, the chapters are being rehashed and edited, lengthened and rewritten entirely and, in some cases, the characters are being given an overhaul so that they seem a little more real and solid.

At the moment I'm not planning on putting up any new fics, not until I can beging posting for Shadow's Secret again. However, I have a dozen fics that I've begun working on, all of them already past the 20k word mark.

Summary: The Taike Triad is made up of the three Immortal Races--Angel, Cerberus and Tatenum--left over from the Millenium Wars several thousand years ago. The Angel's rule the skies, the Cerberans have the plains, and the Tateniums watch over the seas, the volcanoes, the most dangerous aspects of nature. The humans, despite overwhelming the Triad with sheer numbers, have secretly been conducting experiments under the watchful eye of the military. That is, they were until one of their living experiments manages to escape.
