![]() Author has written 12 stories for Law and Order: CI. New Icon: Found this icon at Bubble Theory, a.k.a. silverspitfire or spits on various forums. Wonderful icons! Update: Tax season is coming to an end. I promise to write more soon. Just need to coax my muse back by assuring her tax laws and numbers are almost over. LOL Okay, so I finally started writing fan fiction in June of 2007. I blame the long summer months of no new LOCI and my own impatience at waiting for new fiction since at this point, I have probably read every story I've come across. So far I'm only comfortable with Goren/Eames pieces but do want to eventually work on a Logan piece and of course my new favorite - Captain Danny Ross as well. It's been fun and therapeutic and different from my real life writing. Thanks for the great support and encouragement I've gotten so far. Special thanks to my betas and fellow writers who have helped me tremendously in improving my writing skills. For those who care to know more about me: I've been a fan of LOCI since it started. Love Goren and Eames and have always been fascinated by their interaction. Also love Mike Logan. Stopped watching the mothership when he left and am happy to see him back in the L&O universe. I have to admit I don't watch his episodes as religiously as I watch Goren/Eames but I still adore Mikey. I am also very fond of Captain Danny Ross, unlike most others here. He's been a great addition to the show and while I do miss Deakins and Carver, I feel Ross more than makes up for both. It also helps that I am a fan of the actor who portrays him. Eric Bogosian is a treasure. Generally I'm not a shipper when it comes to the actual LOCI series but seem to be an exclusive shipper in my fan fiction preferences. All a part of my odd personality I suppose. LOL Warning: I have a tendency to be a BA shipper when I write fan fiction so be aware if you read my stories they may go that way even if they don't start like that. Also a quick note on two of my ongoing stories at the moment. Defining Moments, which follows Bobby's life from age 7 to whenever the show actually ends, and A Charmed Life, which follows Alex from the death of her husband to whenever the show ends, will have to kind of be read together by the time the Goren and Eames partnership begins because the stories will start to dovetail. Here is a breakdown of the chapters for both stories to make it easier to follow for those who haven't been following these two stories from the beginning: DEFINING MOMENTS Chapter 1: Bobby discovers his mother is ill. Chapter 2: Bobby's parents divorce. Chapter 3: Bobby's father disappoints him and Bobby gives up trying to be involved with him. Chapter 4: Bobby's brother leaves home, abandoning Bobby and their mother. Chapter 5: Bobby figures out what he wants to do with his future and enlists in the Army. Chapter 6: Bobby returns to New York. Has a final confrontation with his brother. Chapter 7: Bobby's father dies. Bobby is partnered with Alex in Chapter 3 of A Charmed Life at this point if you want to follow the proper chronological order. Chapter 8: The Faithful episode. Post Jones and The Third Horseman episodes follow in A Charmed Life. Chapter 9: A post Bright Boy piece. Chapter 10: Anti-Thesis aftermath. A post Anti-Thesis for Alex goes with this in A Charmed Life Chapter 6. Chapter 11: Post Suite Sorrrow A CHARMED LIFE Chapter 1: Alex becomes a widow. Chapter 2: Alex has an abortion. Chapter 3: Alex is partnered with Bobby. Again, if you want to follow proper chronological order, The Faithful episode is addressed in Chapter 8 of Defining Moments. Chapter 4: Post Jones. Chapter 5: Post The Third Horseman Jumps to Chapter 9 in Defining Moments - a post Bright Boy chapter and Chapter 10 post Anti-thesis. Chapter 6: Post Anti-Thesis, Alex POV. Should be read with Chapter 10 of Defining Moments to make more sense. |
