![]() Author has written 2 stories for Rio. Bio: Hello. My name is Cameron, and I like trains... A lot. I'm a senior in high school, right now. I like making 3D models with SketchUp, composing music, drawing, and... That's about it. Knowing me in person, I'm probably the last person you'd expect to have written fanfics... Especially about Rio I joined the Rio archive when I wasn't feeling my greatest, but I'm sorta glad I joined. It was one of the few "uplifting" moments of my winter of 2018/19. However, things have changed. It's now been over a year since I've made my first appearance with a godawful story, and I've made the decision not to publish anything anymore. As I've progressed in my high school career, I've found myself with less and less time to write (or do anything outside of school, for that matter), and inspiration is also getting harder for me to come by. So I've decided to stop entirely. However, there's a bit brighter news... I'll still check in regularly for PMs and such, but I don't have any more reading material to offer. I'll also read stories upon request. CSX GP40-3 (EMD GP40-2 Rebuild) The GP40-3 ('GP' meaning "General Purpose"), along with the SD40-3 ('SD' originally meaning "Special Duty", demoted to "Standard Duty" as six-axle locomotives have become far more commonly used on Class I railroads), is a locomotive class that was the result of a rebuild program initiated by CSX from 2010 to 2012. While the GP40-2, the locomotive that CSX rebuilt to the GP40-3, was part of the General Motors – Electro-Motive Division's "Dash 2" lineup, these engines are not part of a "Dash 3" lineup, for one does not exist, rather the Dash 3 distinguishes the rebuild from the rest of CSX's roster. Why does this matter? I doesn't, but it's some insight on my username. —Updates: |
