She knew she was making a mistake; maybe even a deadly one but as her hand traced over pale white skin that felt like silk Amanda didn't care that Stahma Tarr was probably using her. All she wanted was to hear her purr again. God how she purred. It sounded almost like the cat she had once owned before even they had become extinct.

Amanda wondered if Datak knew that his wife came to her some nights for sex. She wondered if he sent her. She had wondered both things on many occasions and it had almost made her pause before she made the same mistake each time she made it. Almost.

Then Stahma would smile at her and all Amanda's willpower would fly out the window. Oh, the power the woman had over her. It scared Amanda sometimes what Stahma made her feel. What she could make her do.

She knew it was wrong; wrong and dangerous because this could only end badly for her. Datak was a dangerous man. If he did know then this was a carefully constructed plan to get power from her. Which was working. She had already given him more power then she should have. More then he deserved but Stahma knew how to ask. How to touch her in all the ways a person could be touched and she had relented.

Datak held too much power.

Enough to ruin her if he desired.

If he did not know then that was even worse because that meant that Stahma wanted to be with her. That she was weaving some web of lies that was unmatched by anyone Amanda had ever met. That meant that the woman quivering beneath her had actual feelings for her and Amanda didn't know what to do with that.

That was a dangerous thought because if Stahma ever actually chose her it could mean war between her and Datak; a war Amanda wasn't sure she could win.

So instead she settled for these moments she spent with the Castithan woman. These stolen moments and hoped they were enough. Because they were playing a dangerous game.

"I like games." Stahma Tarr whispered in her ear as she came down from her orgasm. "Play with me."

Amanda closed her eyes knowing she had already lost, "Don't I always?"

Stahma just smiled and flipped them over so she was on top. Amanda knew she was making a mistake.

She just wasn't sure she cared anymore.
