I haven't written here in a long time…been writing and experimenting a lot in the way of poetry, but I haven't forgotten the place that sparked my literary development. I got the idea for this little experiment that might work or might not work from a story about Ernest Hemingway. He boasted that he could write a six-letter story, and he damn well did.

Which brings me to this experiment. Basically, for each chapter I shall attempt to write that many words per sentence to train myself in choosing my words, or, when I reach the higher chapters, to be able to skillfully inflate them. I don't know how well this will work, or for how long I want to do this, but it's worth a try. Leave your thoughts and comments about the idea and the story, and I'll decide whether I want to continue.
