Hi everyone, it's another post-episode drabble! This time, for Silver War!

Harassment in the Workplace

He could feel it again. The sensation of being watched. Eyes baring into the back of his head. He froze, trying to figure out who it was. It wasn't McGee, he wasn't that obvious. It wouldn't be Abby, she'd have hugged him by now. It wasn't Gibbs, he'd have smacked him round the back of the head right now. It couldn't have been the new Director, because she surely had better things to do than to be standing around watching him in the middle of the night. No, this was someone else. Someone he could actually sense standing behind him. He thought for a moment, running the options down in his head until he realised the only person it possibly could be.

"Ziva!" he snapped, turning on the spot. "This is not the less-creepy-manner we discussed!"

He waited for a moment, she finally stepped out from behind the vending machine and break out area. He glared at her, but she just smiled back at him. "It was not a discussion, if I remember correctly," she pointed out.

"I don't care," he said grumpily. "It's creepy."

"Perhaps you should pay more attention to your surroundings," she suggested. "How long have you been sitting here?"

"Two hours," he reeled off, half-distracted by where this was going. "How long have you been standing over there?"

"An hour and fifty-three minutes," she replied, without even having to look at her watch for the time.

He looked confused. "Gibbs tell you to observe me doing paperwork in the middle of the night?" he asked her.

"No," she said simply.

"So, this isn't your homework."

"No," she repeated.

It was silent for a moment, but she still hadn't told him what she was doing. "If you're not following orders and you're not doing your Gibbs homework, what is it you are doing?"

She looked rather innocent for a moment. "Must I be doing something in particular?"

"No," he told her. "But it'd be nice if you could tell me why you're staring at the back of my head when I'm doing my paperwork."

"You did not notice until a moment ago," she reminded him. He narrowed his eyes at her. "Please, Tony, be my guest. Finish your paperwork."

"Well, I can't now!" he said, pushing his keyboard back along the desk.

"Why not?" she asked.

"Because you've distracted me!"

She stepped closer to him, standing behind his chair and leaning over behind him. She placed her ears close to his ear. "What is it that is so distracting?" she asked him huskily.

"DiNozzo!" Gibbs snapped, causing Ziva to straighten up and Tony's head to lift to attention.

"Yes, boss?"

"Stop harassing your partner. Go home. And Ziva?"

"Yes, Gibbs?"

"Stop harassing your partner."

They looked at each other as Gibbs stepped into the elevator. Tony smirked at Ziva. "I'll stop when you stop," he said triumphantly.
