OMG, I have NO idea where this came from. ((cough)) or maybe I do. That would be my insane hate of Sully. But it's taken me like two days to convince myself to post this, because I think it's hilarious, but also... stupid. Because Booth would never do this. But, you know, whatever. It's still funny whether it would really happen or not. Hopefuly y'all agree.

Bye-Bye Sully!

Booth arrived at the marina to find Brennan waving good-bye to Sully. Good, he'd timed it perfectly then. He was there late enough to miss Brennan and Sully's surely mushy but sad good-byes—the thought nearly made him gag—but not late enough to miss seeing Sully altogether. That way if Brennan asked, which she surely would, he could say he'd come to say good-bye too, but had just been late.

That wasn't the truth of it, though. But Brennan didn't need to know that.

She turned around, and saw him standing there. "What're you doing here?" she asked, cocking her head slightly to one side.

He smiled lightly. "Waving good-bye," he lied. "See?" He put his hand up and half-heartedly mimicked a wave that Sully wouldn't even come close to seeing, off in the distance now.

Brennan sighed and moved towards him. "What do you want?"

"Breakfast?" he offered, putting his arm around her shoulder and pulling her in towards him.

As she went on about how she wasn't hungry, Booth threw a slight glance over his shoulder. He could still barely see the back of Sully's boat as it sailed off into the distance. And he smiled evilly inside.

Sully didn't know that Booth had been down here at the marina late last night. And Sully also didn't know that there was now a small hole in the bottom of his sailboat. One that would leak slowly so that Sully wouldn't notice right away, and so that he'd be able to get fairly far out to sea before he realized his boat had taken on water.

But by the time Sully had gotten far enough out to sea, there would be a fair amount of ocean inside of his boat. Enough to say, sink it before he could get back to land? Because for once, Booth had thought long enough to calculate.

And he was sure it'd be worth it.

No one would ever know that the hole in Sully's boat hadn't been an accident at all.

LOL.
