Author's notes:

I decided to write these poems because I like Zelda, had yet to write something for Zelda, and was experiencing major writer's block on my other projects. (If you like Sonic or Metroid, check out my stories.)

These poems are "sonnets". They follow an –ABABCDCDEFEFGG- pattern. If you don't know (or care) about this, just read.

The final note is, just cause this is poem doesn't mean I don't want reviews.

Din

Beautiful passion, fire leaps where you dance,

Guiding the seasons with your strong hand,

You bid your hero, rise, come and dance,

There is no other to rival your rhythm, in any land.

Chaos was roused when dark Onox fell,

The hero would journey for eight to save you,

All seasons spun and created a blurred hell,

Heat, then cold, autumn and then spring renew.

To the top of the Castle, the hero came to fight,

A rod in his hands and a cape at his heels,

Against the dragon he swung with all his might,

Broken is the crystal and the Oracle it reveals.

O dear Din, may your seasons never cease,

Restore the order and bring back our peace.
