This poem follows the same structure as my first one, but rather than be character-based, this version follows the plot. Please leave reviews and let me know what you think!

Part II

No mourners, a voice in a whispered hush

No funerals, the dark reply

The lines, a prayer to those in peril

A mantra, uttered worldwide

Once for the start, their voyage begins

To the land that is made of ice

A prisoner awaits, his creations dangerous

And now, he must pay the price

Twice for the palace, locked in the cold

Riddled with secrets and lies

A heist to complete, a reckless escape

That could quickly lead to their demise

Third for the boy, the son of a genius

His father, creator of parem

A drug to control those with power, the Grisha

This invention, has led to his end

Fourth for the gang, the fateful six

The Ice Court they must breach

A daring journey, a harrowing twist

But their goal, has nearly been reached

Fifth for the Grisha, the girl made of red

The sacrifice she must make

One dose of parem, a surge of strength

But with that she has sealed her fate

Sixth for the merchant, a liar, a cheat

He promised payment for the heist.

But when they return, with their end of the deal

He takes one, and flees into the night

No mourners, spoken, as their journey now ends

They've no wealth, crushed dreams, and broken hearts

No funerals, they whisper to themselves, each other

They had hope; now their world has fallen apart
