Pretty decent first chapter. I consider Micheletto to be bisexual considering the girl he had sex with and killed in the first season, but prefers men. But it seems likely that he might take an interest is a woman who kills without hesitation while also being honorable enough to decline a reward.
And yes. It does indeed such that the show is being prematurely cancelled.
