This is a underused pairing. I just wish there was a long story featuring the two.

I loved this story I could also see this happening. But one of the things I loved was how you didn't change their personalities. I also like seeing how Ichigo took control and made Isane feel special that was such a great part.

You didn't botch anything. I'd say you rolled a natural 20 once the story got started.

You nailed the characterization, and none of the drama was pushed. This was refreshing, especially with how Unohana felt like she came right out of the manga with that timing, wit and presence. And Ichigo wasn't exaggerated for the sake of drama. Nor was anyone else. I'm extremely impressed.

The only thing I can bring myself to criticize is how the party's introduction and explanation was done, but it wasn't trash. A more serious take, with less "it happened because it had to happen" and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have any complaints. And that's only the first couple of paragraphs. After that, it's a thought provoking story with some of the best in-character portrayal and naturally occurring drama I've read in years. Well done.

I love this story and pairing however I honestly would wish that there was a chapter that leads to ichigo and isane getting married and having kids.
