I shall consider this my first Yule present of 2011, how's that? This was really good. I loved the slow buildup and the teasing all throughout the story. It showed Jim being the top-notch Captain we all know he is, and the crew caring just as much about him. Well, one more than the others. Wink wink! I didn't catch on to the mistletoe excuse until later in the story. I thought he was just decorating for others' amusement. Didn't realize he had a target in mind! And Nyota, spiking Spock's eggnog with chocolate? Bad girl! You really put a lot of effort into this story, and it shows. I'm going to save it so I can read it during the season, and indeed whenever I feel the need for some holiday magic. Thank you so much.
