It's a good story, I did like it a lot. There were a few things different from cannon that kind of threw me, like the demon bringing Sam back even though no deal was made and all of them knowing about Azazel even though John didn't find out about him until after he'd already left Dean, by which time Dean was 26. But overall, the story was good and I totally love protective Dean, he's my favorite, so good job!

Oh there are all kinds of reports about people supposedly dead that suddenly come back again. There was a still born baby, still born babies automatically take periodic breaths, it's just the baby's lungs expanding and contracting on their own. So the baby kept taking these breaths as it was passed around to the relatives in the hospital room, they do that and take pictures too, so they can have something to remember, so they can have the memory of the baby, it's really sad but it's something that's done. But when the nurses took the baby again, they found a heart beat, the baby was alive even though it was dead when it was born. It happens.

It's a good chapter but I understand not liking a chapter you've written. I've written things that I felt like it was just filled with filler details but not much else. It's a good chapter though, it really is, Sam dramatically yelling for his brother and Dean's total and complete devastation, it's the best chapter yet, it really is!

I thought my bf was the only guy who said "did I stutter?" Okay I didn't really think that but he's the only person I'd ever heard that from.
I don't think enough people refer to Sam as Dean's "baby" brother, which is what he is, even if he isn't a baby anymore. I always like it when I read it.
Pretty good so far!

I really hate the YED he took such delight in torturing the Winchesters.

My only criticism is that I cant see Dean arguing with the YED beyond the initial "I'm going to kill you" I dont think he would let the YED know how much what he was saying was bothering him, but that is just my opinion.

What you wrote was a good scene within the context of this story, however. It showed how much Dean is willing to do to protect Sam.

I agree that John would leave for a hunt after he was sure that Sam was healing...sometimes I really hated the way John was with the boys.
