To be honest, Trelawney is less of a concern than the other teachers; because if you have a skill as a seer she needs to guide, whereas no amount of teaching will get seer powers out of someone solidly in the present.
Astronomy should be taught with a projected dome at a sensible time of day. Maybe with a couple of outside classes on Friday nights just to get the feel of the sky, once or twice a term. And why midnight? any time after dark would do.
Muggle studies is a joke and it should be taught by a muggleborn or even a muggle relation or squib
History is also a joke.
Hagrid needs guidance in how to teach and how to appreciate how breakable young humans are

So... good story, and you seem to be getting better at telling the story instead of explaining the story (in other words, you have character dialogue and story, instead of just exposition on characters did and said and did and said, ad nauseum).

However, you also seem to be trying to cram so much in that you are forgetting parts that could actually have quite an effect later on.

For example, you had Harry learning how to move the Hogwarts ward stone safely back to the original position to properly power the wards - then you simply have him completely ignore that and find the remaining Founders' heirs and power the wards up manually.

Another example is that yu have them learning lots of advanced magic (supposedly not done in Britain), then seem to ignore it completely. Harry, Hermione and Neville were told to spend time practicing staff use or they would never reach their full potential - then you have them completely ignore any staff use, learn to be animagi, and so on.
