Great story please continue

awww I enjoyed reading this! I really like how you wrote the interactions of the two brothers. Is this the end or is there more?

The last update was two years ago..oh well. So, I just wanted to drop you a note and compliment you on your writing style. It's very good and you're clearly talented. The way you describe the relationship between the brothers brought me close to tears more than once (those flashbacks were killing me!) especially since we all know how everything progresses/ends.
I love those two guys and I really like your story! :)

I made sure to read the whole thing before I reviewed, and I love this story! Sure wish there was more, but this is the best Jake/Tom story I've read. I wish there were more stories about the two of them and what might have happened had things been different. I just might have to write them myself. You did an awesome job here!

Another great update. Just a nitpick, though... Jake shouldn't be able to "kick out" if he's paralyzed.

Long time no update! I have to hand it to you, the perspective could not be better! This is a great story here. I kind of liked the movie, but this is better. I think what would have helped is a flashback of what happened to put Jake in the wheelchair. Keep writing like this and I think that you may just have yourself a fan favorite.

Glad to have this story back. Really like how you have created a background that is so deep for a character in a movie that hardly mentioned his family. Am enjoying it very much (even though I know Tommy is destined to die. I am dreading that part). Hope you can update again soon. Thank You.

This is a great chapter! I really like the emotion and the humor you put in with neither of them wanting to stay with their mother.

But...in your last sentence you have Jake "kicking out." Just thought I should tell you.
