I really really enjoyed your story! You changed their typical character traits quite a bit but worked with it so well and stayed with it ... it's just a beautiful piece of fan fiction! I can't find accurate words for that. But I gotta say: I'm grateful for the sequel, because otherwise that would've been a devastating ending :D
The only thing I didn't feel good with was the whole "Emily is cutting herself" side-story. I feel like you could've worked with that more. It was cut short and therefore felt a little out of place.

This was a really great, if really sad, story. I'm curious as to why you seem to have swapped Emily and Naomi's personalities? They both have traits that the other is usually known for, which I noticed form the first chapter. It's interesting.
