I actually really liked this Harry because he's a realistic abused 11 y/o and just as biased as canon, the only difference being his anti-Slytherin pro-Gryffindor biases are instead pro-Slytherin anti-Gryffindor.

Eh, I gave it a shot, but this Harry is too unlikable for me to continue. You seem to be under the impression that just him bring sorted into Slytherin will suddenly and immediately change his personality and make him stupid.

I really enjoyed this story - you write a convincing Snape as Harry's head of house and I can see him getting on OK with Hermione as she never really cared that much about the houses - I would love to see more.

Too many unanswered question this story needs to be continued. There is the hearing that may or may not happen. Harry being a Slytherin should help his cause to get him off.

I am surprised the McGonngall did not take Harry to get regular cloths as well. Did she not even notice the state his cloths where in. Draco is the first to take notice of this and I hope he will help his new friend get better clothing.

Dumbledore very conveniently put all the blame on Voldemort. After all HE is Harry's magical guardian and as such could have done way better in his upbringing if he had chosen to do so.

One should think self-defence would be allowed. I mean Vernon attacked Harry (physical abuse), so it should have been alright if he defended himself with magic.

I do like Narcissa. She is intelligent, cunning and truly cares about her family. Also, she is not mad like her sister is.

Huh, I thought this story would be only the first year due to the pace of it and the number of chapters, but apparently, I was wrong. Too bad...I hoped that would mean you wrote sequels...

I have been wondering...why is Draco referring to his father so rarely? He did multiple times in this chapter, but that's not common for your story. Why hasn't there even been one "My father will hear about this!" in this story?
