This this this is really interesting. :-) Got used to your way of stringing words together, and the AU situation is very bery cool and intrigues me. Characterization is spot on and the plot thickens... I also like the detail you include in your descriptions - makes for a good reading experience. XD and lol the fortune cookie! ... :-) smell of moth balls and elderly cat urine? is this taken from first hand experience? I love the way you describe Mello's attire, it's very funny.

Very well written, and although the sentences are a little too long and too correct to my taste, I must say you did a very fine job on this and had me hooked from the first few paragraphs. A striking representation of Near, Mello, the characterization fits and I'm enjoying the serious tone of this fic. :-) Thank you!

I know you're not likely to update this anytime soon, but I want you to know how enjoyable your writing is. I keep coming back to this story due its awesomeness. )

That was awesome! So no wonder L and Near live together! I love how Matt is so cool here and when he asked L, "You're not. Uh. Havingsexwithhim?" I swear I laughed cause of how L must have felt.

Good to see that Kira is the major case in this story and that fortune! Near needs to pay close attention soon :) good chapter and I love that you introduced Light!
