Only just found this story and just had a monster of a read session. Could only just remember the original story and when mr carter died I cried. I thoroughly enjoyed your story. It was so nice to revisit Cranford, but mostly Edward and Lauren. I didn't like the original fate of the characters. So, you write well, and can tell interesting stories. Please stop your habit of advertising "smut." I think it is beneath you. ("Adult content" or "Mature" are acceptable.) I spent a whole afternoon doing nothing but reading this amazing fic! It was so gripping, romantic (the smut was excellent ha) and all-round perfect! Lauren and Edward SHOULD have had this!
