Slinky-and-the-BloodyWands chapter 2 . 2/15/2007
Greg rocks. Anyhow, great job! I really enjoyed this. I'd like to see more like it.
Raiining chapter 2 . 2/15/2007
Excellent sequal! Not hard to believe Greg doing that - a little surprised that he's going to be telling Warick, or rather, that he didn't know already. But I loved everything from Greg's POV, with the crime scene and late-realizations. /smile
Imzadi chapter 2 . 2/13/2007
So Greg has a little bit of a crush on Buffy? I can't blame him. I know who shot at Lorne, but I'm surprised he missed. It was obviously a "not dead yet" Lindsey McDonald. Yes, I do think it's best for Lorne to disappear. I love that "Green Velvet Fog" though!

BTW "Not Dead Yet" is a song from the funniest Broadway show I ever saw-Spamalot!
Imzadi chapter 1 . 2/13/2007
Was it Fred-or Illyria? I can imagine that somewhere along the line Catherine has learned what Hamlet told Horatio (NOT Miami CSI Horatio!), "There are more things in heaven and earth than are dreamt of in your philosophy, Horatio." So Fred couldn't have done it but must have done it! And Riley or someone from the Initiative will come & take her away? Interesting.
Morrolan chapter 2 . 2/13/2007
Love this.
Raiining chapter 1 . 1/27/2007
Ha!

I love! Great idea. Have read a few CSI/BtVS/Angel x-over thingies and this was the first to take this angle. I loved it, and how Cathrine was in on it, too. Very nicely done. Would love to see their expressions. :)
rankokunalpha1 chapter 1 . 1/26/2007
loved it cant wait for more!
Crackmonkey chapter 1 . 1/26/2007
Majin Gojira is a trol, just ignore 'em. It's pretty obvious that (s?)he couldn't write a proper review of a spork, much less a fragment of a story.

Hrm. This strikes me as what you might see in the very beginning of a TV show - the quick teaser that hooks the casual viewer, the snippet that fills the regular viewer with a sense of anticipation. The one thing that stands out is how obvious the evidence is; it presumes a degree of familiarity with the specific universe. On the flip side, it's an excellent way to very quickly capture the reader and pique their curiosity.

(I'd explain in more detail, but my keyboard is severely borked - it's randomly duplicating letters, delaying for seconds (!) before sending the keypress to the computer, etc., and it's really quite a pain to type.)
Morrolan chapter 1 . 1/26/2007
Love this.
Majin Gojira chapter 1 . 1/26/2007
Average story of this type, but it makes a conciet that I'm glad is going to be dispelled: that Buffy's group won't be running in to that much trouble.

To forwarn, over the summer, Buffy Season 8 will be published in comic book form (under Joss' pen). And guess what Buffy's gang has been labeled? A Terrorist Organization.

Will this type of fic disapear? Probably (or at least I hope so), but in the interum, it's amusing to enjoy the conciet that "Buffy is Greater Than X", if but for the moment.

I review if only to inform the fic community of this drastic new change, and hopefully, see it implemented.
