He he! Funny fluffy piece! I enjoyed it. Simple and easy, like Tifa fell in love with Cid.

This coupling actually came to mind one day and I wanted to see how many stories there were of it. This was great, well written!

Not into angst, I'm afraid, so this one happened to appeal to me.

I like the narrative voice in this. Tifa knows she's going against her grain, so to speak, but she's in love. We all do foolish things when we're in love, but you can really feel it in this fic—the heady "he's so bad for me but who cares I love him anyway" feeling.

And I love how Cid's so unabashedly Cid. No apologies, no pretenses—he wants Tifa, he goes after her. It reminds me of Cid in the game, how brazen and straightforward he was compared to the other males. It's no wonder Tifa was helpless to resist all that charming masculinity being thrown at her. Who can blame her?

Yes, it's a rare pairing. Yes, you gave Tifa a backbone. And yes, you kept Cid in character. But mostly, it's good writing. You should write more angstless fics.

This too me a surprising long time to review. ' I've decided to catch up on my readings...

First off, I love the title. It just works in so many ways. *grins* Tifa's mentality in the story was pretty interesting too. She feels guilty about running away with Cid but at the same time... *shrugs* I suppose if you've been rejected the way she has, it only makes Cid.

And I'm certain that only you would write a CidxTifa story. *Grins* What's with you and unconventional pairings?

I also loved the fact that this was a continuation of Isoceles but the tone and, heck, even things like the sentence structure were very different. It just reflects the two ladies points of view, I think. Nicely done.
