This latest chapter certainly grounded me in reality. Your style of characterization remains consistent. Victoria is a standout for me simply for how anguished she is.

Interesting chapter for Victoria here, I'm glad she was able to stick up for her grandfather, and those musicians were feeling guilty for what they called him.

However since Victoria never married, she should be called Senorita instead (because a Senora is a woman who is married).

This chapter from Imelda's point of view is beautifully crafted and organized. You wrote it so well, and it helped me to relate to her character. "Move On" is certainly going to be a fun story to read once you develop it further.

I can see the Riveras want to wait until Hector wakes up to do music again.

Although I kind of find it sad that a 14 year old skeleton was forgotten, she must have been an orphan or something.
