I just want to say that chapter 9 was incredibly satisfying! I was getting worried dear Falline was gonna keep getting strung along Lione-o, but not this time!
I love how well written this series is! It makes me crave so much more and I’m excited for whatever direction you choose to take! You’ve done an amazing job writing this! I feel like it’s almost better then the show!

The bits with the lizards and Felline and Ben-Gali were pretty impressive. I found the Felline/Ben-Gali bit even more impressive because they're actually getting to know each other, and I appreciate the surprise appearance of yet another cat (I definitely know who that is). I hope this other cat will contribute to protecting Third Earth and the universe from Mumm-Ra.

The first part gave me thoughts of the civil war, I really like how you allowed alternate perspectives on conflicts. I really like how Kask felt Mumm-Ra's life's value was the same as any other Lizard man, He is so wrong Mumm-Ra's life is worth less than his or any of his kind. I hope they don't get hurt to much.
Ben is showing some depth, Seeing Felline and him just open up and share is warm, I wonder who this Mystery Cat is? Keep on writing!

Oh, my God! Lynx-O’s here!? And Ben-Gali and him know each other? Okay, what’s going on here? Because it’s obvious those two are in cahoots. Since, they’re doing something in that town that they don’t want anyone else to know about.

I'm really curious about where the story is heading now. I'm also curious about Lion-o since we haven't really heard much of him for awhile after meeting Bengali.

I wonder if he's going to feel concerned about Ben and Felline's supposed relationship. Especially since he still doesn't know about her fallout with Bastian.

If anything though, it's probably just a kinship between two white furred cats since it's implied to be a rare color to have among cats. That, or Bengali is just happy to see a cute cat after being away from his kind for so long.

Either way, I'm really looking forward to seeing where this whole thing goes.

First I'm really glad for the POV you gave to the lizards in the start of the chapter. It was really interesting to read, especially the emotions.
Secondly, that Belline scene was nice and fluffy. I look forward to (hopefully) more bonding, also I'm curious about the old cat who's just been revealed. But well I guess I'll wait for the next chapter.

I spy a wild Lynx-O! And Kask! I haven't gotten around to rewarching Song of the Petalars yet, since I'm still writing Ramlak Rising, but I always felt really bad for those three. Killed by their own kin in a reckless attempt to destroy the cats... I pity him, really.

While I know you said that this was longer, I think you really nailed the pacing for what you've posted here. Still not sure what to think of Ben-Gali, but Felline seems to be a bit smitten with him despite herself.

I love the way you describe Ben-Gali in the tree silhouetted by the moonlight. You'v always been so good at finding ways to describe things that are not typical. They're intriguing and evocative!
