Its over?!

Interesting how quickly the witness Pokemon turn on Ash. The hypocrites were cheering for him during the actual encounter, seeing TR as only sub-human. They only care when Blissey said Ash attacked her friend, who she never specified was TR, and the rumors spread to other Pokemon. Meant to mention them last chapter: not only are Ash and Pikachu being brutal, but they're being encouraged to be brutal by everyone else.

Why would they care so much about a human attacking another human though? This seems less trying to avenge Blissey's friend and more about an excuse to be brutal to a human. Kinda like how people love hating on certain celebrities for doing something scandalous: not that at least some of it is deserved, especially for the really scummy acts, but another part is having an acceptable punching is a scheme that's gonna blow up big-time because these are Pokemon who love to attack and torture humans for the vaguest of reasons. As a side note, I like that you're showing that this kind of punishment isn't right either, even if Ash deserves it a little bit. Not making too much of a strawman out of him like the first chapter suggested.

Interesting how you handled Mew too. One on hand old and wise, on the other young and childish. I especially like how she heals Jessie both physically and mentally - a strange innocent game fitting of Mew. I also like how she's forced to think about what part of TR is really evil. Though the line "even bad guys deserve happy endings" is awkwardly phrased - you don't want bad guys to get happy endings because it usually causes misery for many others. It's okay for Jessie and Jame to get happy endings because they AREN'T really bad guys, just mischief makers at best.

It may take me awhile to read the whole thing, but I'll keep an eye on this,

I know this is an older story of yours, and so any advice might end up being redundant, but the concept is this one interested me the most. Though it's done for humor in the show, and TR often at least somewhat deserves it, having a strong Pokemon attacks humans is pretty messed up. It always bothered me a little, especially in later seasons where TR is clearly constantly outmatched.

The way you explore this is interesting as well. Ash and Pikachu are getting sick of their nonsense, and, combined with being so used to attacking them, end up injuring Jessie in their zeal. It shows one of the reasons TR being attacked bugs me: Pokemon attacking humans should be wrong, and to constantly do so to people you can easily beat suggests a kind of sociopath. I do feel like Ash needed just a little more reason to finally snap, like maybe TR interrupted something important, or Ash was surly about losing to a Gym Leader or other person. It's also interesting to see that Pikachu, while influenced by Ash, still feels bad about what happened...but it took him awhile to even remember attacking TR. Like they don't count as people for him normally.

There are some nice callbacks too, such as the Blissey Jessie was friends with, Domino, and even referencing that episode with Primeape. Blissey slapping Ash would concern me more if Blissey didn't have such pathetically weak Attack XD. It's not very professional, but I can see this Blissey in particular doing I feel like she should get in trouble for slapping both Ash and Pikachu.

James dressing up as a nurse, only to be called out on it, was pretty funny.

Oh, this is an interesting idea! I quite like it. I like the ending of this chapter, because it feels quite a lot like an episode of the anime. You just know that the rumor is going to backfire in some way, that things are going to get out of hand, and it was quite amusing to read that.
My point of improvement for this chapter would be Jessie's reaction to Mew's appearance in her hospital room. It's logical that she would be impressed by its appearance, but after it declares that it's going to save her life, she doesn't have much of a reaction. I thought she was in a lot of pain and that she was even fearing for her life, but even though she says she's in terrible pain, I'm not really getting the feeling that she is nor that she is scared for her life. So my advice would be to show that a bit more, and for her to be more disbelieving/grateful towards Mew when it says that it's going to save her life.
I'm curious to see where this story is going to go and you've captured my interest with this chapter. I like how you've turned things around with the Team Rocket trio and Ash - how Ash now has the bad luck and how Jessie, James and Meowth are being lucky. Also, the explanation as to why Mew would save Jessie works pretty well, I think, it's a good idea and it's plausible even if it is a bit far-fetched, but it definitely works for this story.

kay, it's interesting. One thing I'm feeling in the later chapters (particularly with the introduction of 'shadow Pokemon') is that the story is building up to some 'save the wold' story plot; something to be avoided at all costs (at least here)!
The story didn't start that way, so things like that are a distraction, at best.
Meowth breaks out of his gang accent once or twice in the first chapter, but otherwise you do a pretty good job of emulating his manner of speech and character (definitely one of your strengths!). The foreshadowing of the nurse being Cassidy def got across, but it was a tad bit clumsy...
(See: make it a little more obvious how abnormal of a reaction that is)
Chansey sounds more like a kid throwing a temper tantrum then someone looking out for a friend, and Miyamoto was a little too complacent in her death scene, but you sold me on Team Rocket! It looks like you really took the time to get to know their characters, and it paid off!
Other than that, there's nothing else that I can see.
