I thought I had read in one of your notes that you have it finished, or was that just the general story line? I'd like to read the ending of your story! Maybe I’m being modern, but being a dragon offers her freedoms she would not experience as a woman in her time, sure she would have Mr. Darcy and his love and support but would she long to fly again and be free? |

| Guest chapter 13 . 11/30/2019 Bingley is awesome! I love this characterisation of him. It feels true to the Canon character, as the changes make complete sense considering the change of circumstances in your story: Bingley spending more time alone with the Bennets without the dampening influence of his sisters and friend (and so increasing his affection and therefore his resolve to offer for Jane); Darcy running of hither and thither with Elizabeth unchaperoned (and so making Bingley doubt his honour); etc. |
| Guest chapter 7 . 11/30/2019 Wow. High chess - what a concept! Beautifully imagined. The interaction between Bennet and Darcy was fantastic. A battle, all on a chess board, but with real effects (i.e. magical exhaustion). I've never read this sort of thing before and am in awe of it. |
