I like the story overall and I enjoyed the ending to this story. The bonding moment between the Sanban sisters is plausible and it's great to show that Mushi isn't a complete villain after all. This leaves only one question from this story: Was her relationship with King Sandy responsible for her turn to evil in the first place?

I'm glad that you decided to limit the moments between Wally and Kuki to shiptease just like in the show and it's great to show that Mushi isn't a complete villain. The way Numbuh 362 portrayed in this chapter shows that she is indeed a great leader.

I enjoyed this chapter. I don't think it's filler at all because it shows us neat interactions with sector V and their friendship with Kuki over their concern. Plus Abby relaying that the decision being up to Kuki is really important in setting up what will happen next.

But all in all, good chapter! Everything is spot on and I'm excited to see how it all ends. Good luck with finals!
