I enjoyed all the chapters of this fic...apologies for not reviewing each individually! I enjoyed that you wove several legends and stories/universes together but kept Merlin very in-character the whole way through. I also loved the line you gave personified destiny at the end—“On second thought, perhaps it would be better to make something up.” Thanks for this lovely fic. :)

Henry II was crowned co-king with his father, because his father saw the previous few generations of usurpation, assassination, etc. and decided this would prevent it. It didn't. Together with his brothers, he usurped his father, but he died before the war was over. One of his brothers became king. I think. I might have gotten confused with a few other kings, but I'm fairly sure that's all Henry II.

I have read the stories about Rowena, and I remember her mother being talked about. I also seem to remember that she at one point loosed an arrow & then called it back to herself? Or at least stopped it.
Its been a long time so I may be wrong about that. But I wholeheartedly agree that maid Marion should not have been Merlin.
My favorite scene if I am remembering it properly was when she sneaked into her fathers camp, a couple of times if I recall, something about that old saying "fool me once..."

I absolutely love the tail of robin hood, I have read every book, every spin-off, every fanfic there is. :) I like that you made Merlin Tuck & I can totally see Leon as Will Scarlet.

I do have a question though, in an earlier chapter it was mentioned that Percival also wasn't aging? Leon obviously doesn't cause he drank from the cup of life. Or did you mean by Percivals the same that he still treated Leon the same as before? I may be confusing things here.

Why would a vow not to let Salazar's line die out prevent Merlin from dealing with Voldemort, imprisoning Voldemort for eternity would keep the line going forever.

please tell me there will be a sequel. this is one of the best damn fanfics I've ever read on this site. one question though: merlin was bound by an unbreakable vow to protect salazar's bloodline. when harry killed voldemort, didnt that mean that merlin failed to protect slytherin's deadline and thus, shouldnt merlin die? (if that makes any sense)

Oh, this was just all kind of wonderful! Great story, it had me chuckling throughout. Destiny wasn't satisfied with the two heroes' banter...not profound enough for her that she has to make something up! Love it! Loved the whole thing. Glad I found this little gem.
